The Barn at Heiner Ranch

I cannot even describe how beautiful and prefect this venue is! It’s was absolutely STUNNING for my niece’s wedding! I am blown away with the beautiful rustic details of this barn inside and out! When I walked upstairs to the large room showing the open rafters it took my breath away! The layout is fantastic and we were able to fit our large party comfortably with room to spare! The bride’s room was so gorgeous and had everything we needed! The owners, Olivia and Tre, were so kind and helpful throughout the entire day from when we arrived to set up to packing up at the very end! It was a perfect wedding day at the perfect place!!

Hands down, The Barn at Heiner Ranch, is one of the best venues in Star Valley and the surrounding areas! In 2025 we were looking for a place for an August reception. My daughter was considering an outdoor reception but after touring the barn it changed our minds! It’s a huge space with beautiful tables and chairs just waiting for your own special touch! It is so versatile! From first-rate elegance to the rustic simplicity she was searching for to showcase a couple who has a great love for fishing. :) It made the perfect night! AND you will never find better people to work with when planning such a stressful life event. Tre and Liv were incredible!

My kids and I came from Texas to experience the Live Nativity at The Barn at Heiner Ranch. It did NOT disappoint! Tre and Olivia are so fun and generous. And the Barn is….STUNNING. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely the perfect venue for any party/event and my dream wedding venue.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! The combination of the beautiful hilltop ceremony site and the charming barn reception/bridal room space created the most breathtaking setting for our day. The views from the hilltop were absolutely stunning and made for incredible photos, while the barn was warm, elegant, and the perfect place for photographs and getting ready day of. The staff was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. They made the planning process so much less stressful and were there to help every step of the way. If you’re looking for a venue that offers both natural beauty and rustic elegance, this is the place. Our wedding day exceeded every expectation, and we received countless compliments from our guests. We would choose this venue all over again!

I had my wedding reception here and it was awesome! The Heiners are very helpful easy to work with and the views are amazing out here! The barn made for a perfect wedding and it was easy for people to come and go and it didn't get to hot either (our wedding was in early August). The location provided all the tables and chairs which was also very helpful. All we had to do was bring in the decorations and place them how we wanted! 10/10 would recommend this location for any event!! (the picture inside the barn is without all the string lights turned on. Once those are on, it lights up very well and there are no shadows)
