The Flower Shop

I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday.back in March and she loved them and sent me a picture .They were absolutely beautiful. I loved the way they were arranged too. This was my first time calling "The Flower Shop" and Randall was just the nicest and most courteous and helpful person. I like to support small business so chose them because they're family owned. I live in MD and only have my one friend in Charlottesville but I would definitely use them again if need be and would highly recommend them.

Randall and crew are the very best at their art. Each arrangement I’ve ordered has truly been a beautiful piece of art. They do quality, exceptional work and provide amazing customer service each and every time. Definitely my favorite (and only) choice of florist in Charlottesville!

You did a lovely job for our mom’s Celebration of Life. Good communication, beautiful bouquets, went the extra mile by going out to the venue to see what would fit well in the space. We appreciate you!

The recipient really loved the flower arrangements!! I didn't get any photos of them, but they were so happy that I know the arrangements were beautiful and touching (it was for a recent death of a beloved family member). Randall and his employees were honest and helpful when I ordered late the night before their supplier shipment, so they let me know if I could wait an extra day, they could make the arrangements more beautiful. Of course I waited! Wonderful communication and seamless delivery even though my recipient was more rural. Thank you so much, Randall and team!!! I'll be back for other deliveries (but will put in my order with more heads-up next time!)

Excellent, clear communication on deliverability given the Valentine’s Day crush. Flowers delivered on time and were fresh and beautiful. A little disappointed on how abundant the bouquet was versus the description. Recipient was happy, which is ultimately the test, but a little disappointed versus some of the previous bouquets.
