The H Hotel

Simply the best hotel in Midland. My experience started with the very convenient shuttle service that they offer, the driver was very kind and efficient. Once at the hotel the people at the front desk also were very kind and made the check-in process very smooth and fast. They were also very helpful and available to support me with an issue I had with some food delivered. The room itself was great, perfect dimensions, great bed and pillow and super nice bathroom and shower, I really enjoyed my stay in the room. There is also a nice gym, that for an hotel is very well equipped and allows you to do a proper workout. Thank you to all the staff and looking forward to be back at the H hotel.

The staff here are all so incredible and kind. I stayed here for a medical trip. They were very accommodating to some of my medical needs, Such as leaving my bed stripped so that I could make it with my fragrance free bedding, And storing the ice pack for my medicine in their freezer downstairs every night. Complementary to our stay, their drivers drove me and my boyfriend to my doctors appointments every day, as well as even taking us to the butterfly conservatory down the road. For a higher end hotel, I think the room amenities could be better. I think the rooms should have a microwave, Although you can request for one to be brought to you, And I think the mini fridges should be upgraded to the ones with freezer compartments. The fragrance was absolutely suffocating in the lobby, I think it would be smart to cut down on that for people with not only allergies, but also sensitivities to it as well. It was just very overboard and gave my non allergic boyfriend a headache as well. I say all this, just to give a thorough review. Overall, they are amazing. The food is amazing at cafe zinc and one eighteen. the waiters and waitresses are so kind and personable. Will definitely be staying here again on my next medical trip.

Updating my 4 star to a 5 star review. We come back annually and love to see the growth of is hotel they’re always taking it to the next level. The cobalt club is so worth it! Clean lounge, always stocked with snacks, drinks etc. the breakfast was decent saving me time and money(although I love the cafe down stairs) loved getting a glass of wine and beer. The late night cart room service was such a great addition to hospitality. The pool area has not had many updates over the years. The hot tub seems to be having some troubles and was warm at best, I’d love to see some upgrades to make it feel more elegant and special. Kinda awkward walking through people gyms routines to get to The pool area. The fridges in the room are fully stocked which is nice but the size of the fridge left us very little room for left overs etc. I’d love to see a smidge bigger fridge for storage space. Although valet parking is no longer complementary to everyone it’s included in the cobalt club so that’s a huge perk. Overall I’m super happy management opened up the cobalt club to the public that’s really taking our experience to the next level and will continue to come back after this experience. Thank you !!!!

This is a really well appointed hotel. The bedroom was spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. I had room service and the pasta bolognese was delicious and hot. One star deducted for the coffee machine that only managed to give me one cup of coffee; the next one was just hot water. I tried again to get the same result. The sink plug lever didn’t work either. Minus points also to the front of house lady at Cafe Z who despite saying that she was great certainly didn’t seem to be so, when she didn’t smile nor look me in the eye. I also would recommend booking a table because I was told at 11:05 that I would have to wait 30mins for an outside table which was odd because I saw about 8 empty tables out there and if she had bothered to ask,I only wanted a coffee.

A surprisingly nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff, pleasant setting in and out of the hotel, fun downtown area. Cool bridge, park, and walking trails. Staff is easy to work with on questions, room was clean, Zn is a good restaurant too. 5 Stars all the way!
