I popped in looking for a venue for a future company event, and Kile and Katie were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. They were knowledgeable about the space and all the possibilities for events. Even though they had another event, they invited me to come back later in the day. The lighting designer put on various lighting looks for me to see their capabilities, absolutely amazing. The space itself is incredible, and the tour was fantastic. This is definitely the place to host the event of the year, and I really hope I get the chance to do my company event here!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Indiana Roof Ballroom, and it was truly the most perfect day. From the start of planning, the IRB team made everything so easy for us. Katie was absolutely amazing to work with. No matter what we asked for, her answer was always, “We can do that.” She was so patient and kind, handling our countless calls and emails with questions, updates, and changes. The level of service for both us and our guests was unmatched and completely delivered on the black-tie experience we envisioned. This place is truly an Indy gem!

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional—every team member, from the event coordinators to the servers and behind-the-scenes crew, anticipated needs before they arose and handled everything with grace and enthusiasm. Their dedication turned what could have been a standard gala into a seamless, heartfelt celebration of service and community. The food was outstanding: elegantly presented, delicious, and perfectly suited to the occasion. Each course showcased creativity and quality, leaving guests raving about every bite. It was clear that the culinary team poured passion into every dish, elevating the entire dining experience. And then there's the atmosphere—wow. The Indiana Roof Ballroom, fresh from its breathtaking $3.5 million renovation (completed in phases through 2025), is now more stunning than ever. The newly decorated space beautifully blends timeless historic charm—with its iconic Spanish village-inspired architecture, stucco facades, red-tiled roofs, and grand balcony—with modern elegance: stunning new chandeliers, updated lighting, plush seating, fresh draping, and an open, seamless flow between the bar and ballroom. The result is a venue that feels both majestic and inviting, creating an enchanting backdrop that made every moment feel special. The lighting, ambiance, and overall vibe were impeccable, perfectly complementing the spirit of the Servant's Heart Awards. This gala created memories of a lifetime for everyone who attended—honoring incredible individuals dedicated to helping others while surrounding us all in beauty, warmth, and joy. I competed in a ballroom dance competition to raise money for Riley Children's Hospital, and this was the venue. It was perfect. Beautiful ambiance, great bar, very convenient to get ready next door in the embassy suites which is directly attached. So no need to go outside. Excellent location for a wedding for the same reasons, your guests can stay and embassy suites and walk right over to the ballroom. It has a sort of Italian filled with the design around the circumference of the roughly circular ballroom.
