The Nouveau Romantics

We could not be happier with how Stephanie at Bella Notte perfectly executed our wedding day. From our first consultation phone call, Stephanie was detail-oriented, organized, and took the time to get to know us as a couple. She was always responsive to our emails and texts and was easy to schedule meetings with. It was also great to have access to her amazing decor options to save us some money on decorations. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie went over every detail and also was responsive to family members' requests and handled everything professionally and quickly. On the day of the wedding, not a single thing went wrong! Stephanie made sure we stuck closely to the timeline she put together and also made sure we were fed and had our signature drinks all night long. She also beautifully executed all of my visions on decor-- I was blown away by how everything came together! I also remember her and her assistant cracking over 100 glowsticks for us at our reception-- this was no small feat but it helped keep our party going! At the end of the night, Stephanie packed up all of our decor and stored it for us (along with leftovers of our cake!) until we were back from our honeymoon. I can't recommend Stephanie enough as a day-of coordinator!! Thank you Stephanie!!

I photographed a wedding with Bella Notte as the planner in Boulder last summer, and would absolutely recommend Stephanie to anyone who's getting married in Colorado. Clear communication and well organized, both leading up to the wedding and on the day of, letting me focus on my job while trusting that everything would go as planned without delays. Stephanie did an amazing job! Our wedding would have been half of what it turned out without Stephanie helping us every step of the way. From the very beginning, her communication was thorough and diligent. Her supplies saved us tons of money bringing even more value to her reasonable rates. And she provided so much of her time that it was over and beyond what we could have expected. I don't think she could have done more for us if it were her own daughter's wedding! She has great relationships with the best vendors around town and was very patient with us in some of our decision making process. She offered up ways to save money and without losing any of the look we were going for. Whether for a small intimate affair or a large, large wedding, Stephanie is your only choice!
