The Rutledge Room

We recently hosted a 50th birthday celebration at The Rutledge Room, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Becca was incredible — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind — guiding us through every detail from the very first contact to the final minute of the party. Being new to the Charleston area, we didn’t know much about planning an event here, but Becca and her team made it an absolute dream. The space looked spectacular, the staff was wonderful, and the food was out of this world. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and seamless everything was. We truly couldn’t have asked for more — thank you, Becca and The Rutledge Room team, for making this celebration so memorable!

As a wedding planner in Charleston, The Rutledge Room is one of my favorite venues to work at! You have the always amazing food and staff from Hamby Catering, combined with the perfect space for small events and weddings! There are a couple different ceremony space options and both courtyards offer an elegant outdoor space for any event! Always a pleasure at The Rutledge Room and excited to be back soon!

As a photographer, I love the Rutledge Room. The space is stunning, I love how bright the room is even with the exposed brick. Each room feels a little different and lends itself well to any event to be able to move room to room - and the outside patio - to keep the energy going. The staff is amazing here, as is the food!
