Trillium Caterers

All the reviews are true - Trillium is the gold standard of wedding catering! From the first meeting, we could tell they had an amazing attention to detail and focus on hospitality. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd had! Going to their beautiful kitchen for our tasting was one of the highlights of wedding planning, and not only was every single bite insanely delicious, but the beautiful presentation added another level. We decided on a plated dinner, and our guests were raving about the service, presentation, and of course how delicious it all was. Michael and Abigale made sure we were eating, bringing us our own tray of all the appetizers, and some extra treats during dinner. They are the full package- the appetizers, drinks, dinner, and dessert assortment were an absolute highlight of the day, and elevated the experience for everyone!

We used Trillium catering for our wedding and I was absolutely blown away. I know I am biased, but I have been to 10 weddings this year and I think they are by far one of the best wedding caterers around. We were sadly unable to do a tasting so had no clue what to expect, but everything and I mean everything was delicious! All our guests were raving about all the hors d'oeuvres and how many options there were, especially the lobster rolls and oyster bar. The Burrata salad was the best starter, the beef was so perfectly cooked, and they even planned an extra butternut squash lasagna for me and my husband to try since we thought it sounded amazing. The service and attention to detail was phenomenal. My mother was especially pleased when a server came up any time her drink was empty and refilled her glass with her stash of Pinot Grigio. Everyone at the bar was lovely to chat with and I don't think we waited long for a drink all night, and the drinks were very well crafted. All around the Trillium team provided amazing service for the whole event. I was also not big on having a wedding cake but Trillium not only made a delicious two tier cake they also did bite size desserts that were delicious and the perfect treat for people to grab while taking a break from dancing. I don't think a single person left our wedding hungry, but if they did there were pretzels and banh mi for people to grab on the way out. I just cannot say enough good things about all the food and drink Trillium prepared.

Without a doubt one of the best choices we made for our wedding in Maine. We got married 1.5 yrs ago and people still tell us that it was best food they’ve ever eaten at a wedding. Not to mention that the staff were an absolute pleasure. I wrote a review at the time of our wedding, but cannot continue raving about Trillium!

Trillium catering was honestly the best part about our wedding. They were thorough and very easy to communicate with. Abigale and Michael were so incredible to work with, not to mention amazing chefs. If you are looking for an amazing catering team look no further!

We got married in 2019 and working with Trillium for our wedding was an absolute dream. Almost two years later, we are STILL having folks talk to us about how delicious the food was. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Their service is exceptional, their presentation is top notch, and most importantly, their food is DELICIOUS. We highly recommend using Trillium, you will not be disappointed. Everything was divine and they are so easy and exciting to work with. Genuine, kind, everything you could want out of a caterer. Thank you for making our day so special and delicious! We could not have had a better experience. We remember walking in to the cocktail party after photos and Michael was there with a drink and a plate of each passing hors d'oeuvres waiting for us - thank you, sir! The staff was so accommodating and helpful, we had an excellent experience with Trillium!
