This store is the best of the best! Each time I walk in I am greeted with a smile. The manager is the most helpful friendly retail manager I have ever dealt with. Professional and helpful. I love that if I have a question the staff is knowledgeable, well trained and I get the information I’m looking for. The store employees take pride in the work they do and customer care they provide. I love this store!
There was a manager by the name of Brittany and a worker named Lydia they are the most professional and polite people I have ever come across. I have made many purchases here and I only like to shop when I see Brittany as her service and people skills are top notch. I cannot praise these employees enough. Thank y’all so much!
My 14 year old loves this place. Soft blankets and designer lunch boxes. I love how much she loves them.
My wife put a Vera Bradley travel bag on her Christmas list so I took a trip to the Summit Shopping Center to the Vera Bradley shop. The store lady was very helpful and helped me pick out a bag for one of my wife’s Christmas present The color I wanted was out on display so she ent in the back and found one for me. The rather expensive price was offset by a 30% sales discount.
I walked in, no one was in the store, there were two sales associates behind the counter talking away but didn’t he say hello to us or help us, I walked out without buying anything-didn’t want to disturb their gossip session!
