Viceroy Snowmass

Our stay at the Viceroy Snowmass exceeded every expectation. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain views that made it hard to leave each morning. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming & genuinely eager to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality was outstanding. We also loved dining at the restaurant the food was fresh, flavorful. The fitness center was another pleasant surprise: spacious, modern, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. From the beautiful accommodations to the exceptional service and amenities, every detail was thoughtfully done. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend the Viceroy Snowmass to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable mountain getaway.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Viceroy Snowmass—without a doubt one of the best hotels in the entire area. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was truly exceptional and made our family feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of every step of the way. A very special thank you to Jatin at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. He was not only professional, but genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, which made a big difference in our experience. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was incredibly convenient, especially after long days on the slopes, and the microwave made it easy to manage meals with the family. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The hotel also offers fantastic dining options, with restaurants that truly exceeded expectations—great atmosphere and delicious food without needing to leave the property. On top of that, the location is unbeatable for skiing and snowboarding, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Snowmass. Overall, this was a top-tier experience from start to finish. If you're planning a ski trip or family vacation in Snowmass, the Viceroy is hands down the best choice. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A special thank you to one of the staff members, Regina, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and she was able to make last minute accommodation for me for a special occasion. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Her excellent service truly made a positive difference in my experience.

My wife, baby and I had a wonderful experience at the Viceroy. We booked through AmEx and got a really wonderful room upgrade. We went in shoulder season, so it was not crowded. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at Toro each morning. The pool area was awesome. We did some hikes, which you can start from outside of the hotel on the ski mountain. We absolutely would stay here again.

The service was degraded from the first time I stayed. Bathroom floor was not clean. Front desk receptionist did not go over my amex benefits, hotel amenities and information. She also didn’t set up my 4pm check out as she said she would. I wouldn’t find out if I didn’t chat with another receptionist later that night. When I got to my room, there were a bag of pop corn and a generic greeting card on the desk. It was very tacky and it showed the lack of care from the management. There was no drinking water inside of the room. When I visited the first time, the staffs were helpful, i got champagne upon my arrival, personal written note from the manager, gift basket with essentials. I was blown away by the welcoming experience. When I voiced my concerns, the manager offered $60 credits as the inconvenience I had experienced. I found it extremely inappropriate. I rather they didn’t do that. I paid $1000 to stay here and didnt expect to receive this kind of treatment and experience. I will not come back and recommend to anyone
