Voilà Caterers

So glad we came across Voila for our holiday dinner. The team went above and beyond to accommodate allergies & created such a warm, cozy holiday meal for our employees. Our guests loved the food! The staff on site were excellent. I really look forward to hiring Voila for future events/dinners. Highly recommend.

Cannot express how amazing Nadine and Stefan were to work with for my 30th Birthday. I will be recommending Voila Caterers to EVERYONE! They were incredibly professional, the food was phenomenal, and truly, they could not have been more wonderful to work with. My event had some major hiccups (that were out of everyone's control), and Nadine and Stefan absolutely saved the day. I could not be more grateful for them and I hope to work with them again someday!

What an absolute joy to work with culinary artiste extraordinaire Nadine and her team at Voila Caterers NYC. Nadine worked with me on a very special event hosted by my organization last Friday (9/12). Nadine is a GEM. She curated a delightful, delicious menu for our event - beautifully presented, decadent and flavorful. Our guests raved about every morsel - not just to me but to members of my team. Nadine's team served everyone with a smile and were so gracious and welcoming to our guests. Nadine ensured our event was a success from the moment she and I connected to the moment the last dish was cleared. Nadine navigated all of our (and I mean all - if I had a dollar for every email I sent her) special requests with true professionalism and grace. She created a lovely passed canapé menu as well as a savory food station. To end the night, she created beautiful chocolate covered strawberries- gorgeously presented and fresh as though they were picked moments before eating! Nadine also plated everything elegantly and provided beautiful serveware so our guests could enjoy both the taste and visual artistry of truly professional and creative catering. This was a VIP event and to hear feedback on how pleased everyone was - and that no one left hungry - made all the stress leading up to the evening all worth it. Nadine also worked within our budget - yet - provided service and an elegant but also fun menu that far surpassed anything you would find at highly priced and often overrated venues. We all agree that delicious food is a huge factor in ensuring a successful guest experience at an event and Nadine and Voila Caterers delivered on all fronts, in fact, they went way above and beyond. I can't wait to work with Nadine and Voila Caterers again and I hope it's soon! Highly recommend Voila Caterers NYC - I'd give them 10 plus stars on all fronts!

I can't say enough about our experience with Viola Caterers. From start to finish, they were an absolute joy to work with—professional, gracious, and genuinely kind people who went above and beyond to make my best friend’s 30th birthday a success. The food was phenomenal. The salmon was perfectly cooked—moist, flavorful, and flaked beautifully. And the mashed potatoes were quite possibly the best I have ever had. Buttery, smooth, and somehow both rich and light at the same time. I’m still thinking about them days later! Every detail, from the service to the presentation, was handled with care and heart. You can tell this team takes real pride in what they do, and it shows in every bite and interaction. I’m so grateful to have been in their care, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them for any event.
