From researching and recommending destination venues to working seamlessly with our selected venue, sourcing top-notch vendors, and managing every small detail, Cydney brought our wedding weekend to life in ways we couldn’t have even imagined. We came to her with just a few priorities for the day and no clear overall vision—and she shaped a beautiful, personalized plan while offering expert guidance on all the many things we hadn’t even considered. One of the best parts about working with Cydney was her commitment to honoring our budget while still designing a luxurious, high-end event that felt completely like "us." She found creative ways to add personalized touches throughout the weekend, from coordinating off-menu desserts and designing bespoke lighting to organizing a private wedding morning yoga session for the bride and her friends. Cydney at Westgate Events was truly the best decision we made for our wedding! From our very first meeting, she completely understood my vision and “vibe” and brought it to life even better than I could have imagined. She put so much thought, detail, and care into every single decision throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly responsive 24/7 and always made us feel supported, reassured, and excited every step of the way (even when it got stressful.) Cydney made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran perfectly, and I was able to be fully present and soak in every moment because we were in the best hands. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and with my parents to make sure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. Our wedding day was truly one of the best memories I will cherish forever, and I have Cydney to thank for SOOO much of that. I honestly miss talking to her now that the wedding is over! I would recommend Cydney and Westgate Events to ANYONE looking for a planner who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond in every way. Cydney went above and beyond when planning our wedding! We got married at a private estate, which had never been used as a venue before - we were starting from scratch. Cydney helped bring my vision to life and knew the exact vendors to use to do it. With her organizational skills, the planning process was seamless. She was also very personable, gave advice when needed, and listened to what we wanted. Cydney was easy to talk to, took away the stress, and made the whole process fun. She truly outdid my wildest dreams of a wedding!! I cannot recommend Cydney & Westgate Events enough. Best decision we made! It couldn't have been done without her!!

Our wedding was 3 weeks ago, and dare I say... I actually miss wedding planning only because now I can't text Cydney all of the time! Before I met her, I had interviewed several other wedding planners in the Phoenix area and didn't really click with any. One of the managers at my wedding venue highly recommended I reach out to Cydney, and that was the best decision I ever made! From the first phone call, Cydney was super personable, professional, and took the time to truly understand the vision for my wedding. She is extremely creative, not only in her designs but also in achieving what you are wanting all within your budget. She has a great relationship with wedding vendors across the board (i.e. florals, rentals, etc), which made the whole planning process even smoother. Wedding planning can obviously be very stressful, but I felt confident that everything would run smoothly because I had Cydney. She was extremely punctual, organized, and detail-oriented every step of the way. Our wedding day was literally seamless without any hiccups, and I can't tell you how many of our guests complimented us on having her as our wedding planner. If you want a wedding planner that genuinely cares about giving you the wedding of your dreams, I highly recommend hiring Cydney and her team!

Cydney was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. She came highly recommended from our DJ and it was easy to see why from our first conversation over a year before the wedding. As soon as our day of coordinator services started, she hit the ground running by taking over all vendor communication flawlessly, giving advice and guidance for our venue layout, and execution of an amazing event timeline. She made us feel so important as a couple throughout the process and at ease as a bride when I started feeling stressed. Her knowledge of the industry and expertise shows, I truly couldn’t imagine our day without her and Westgate Events.
