Aloft Delray Beach

Hotel is in a great location because you can walk to many places and has a coffee shop next door. Rooms are moder/deco but very very limited lighting. The phone chargers, USBs, and plugs do not all work. If you get a room along the pool on the 2nd floor, you cannot open your window shades because the windows are at the pool and you have no privacy. The pool is a nice rooftop pool and bar, but seemed that there wasnt much of a day or night life. Alison was very nice and helpful at the front desk. I would stay here again, if parking were validated. $25 a day os a bit steep. Thats really all I've got.

This hotel is GREAT!!! The manager Juan is fantastic! The bartenders Fara and Jill are the BEST! They MADE our experience!! We’re locals and we had no AC in our house and came for a staycation and it was so wonderful! And they a very pet friendly hotel! Food and atmosphere were great! My only suggestion would be to not heat the pool. It’s SO hot in Florida already and the pool is not refreshing! Otherwise it was amazing!

The was my first time at this property and it was awesome! Nice accommodations and a super quick walk to Atlantic Ave. The staff is what made this stay the best. Fara is a ROCKSTAR and has such a great personality. Shannon and Jill were fantastic and so friendly. Even the guests that stay here are friendly. I will definitely be staying again.

Great hotel to stay. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the main road where all the restaurants and shops are. The pool area was very large! Lots of comfy seating. The staff was very friendly. Most of all, a HUGE shoutout to Alison, at the front desk!!! She wears many hats and does them all with a smile on here face!!

Do not stay here if you need a desk in your room. The room descriptions on the Marriott app all state the room includes an ergonomic chair, but this is not true. In fact, the person at the desk told me when checking in that most rooms do not have a table and chair or a similar setup for a workstation. So if you need a workstation, stay at the courtyard marriott next door instead. I checked in too late in the evening where the manager wasn’t on site so I was forced to stay the night and was not given a refund for my room. Ideally I would’ve checked right out, got a refund, and stayed at the courtyard Marriott next door, but I was not given that option given the manager was not on site to approve the refund. Instead, I was given $50 off my rate (about a 25% discount). All in all, while the hotel tried to have positive service and address my issues, it’s still completely unacceptable to hold itself out as having (1) a desk, and (2) ergonomic chairs, when there are none.
