Aspen Mountain Club

From the moment we stepped onto the gondola up to the Aspen Mountain Club, it felt like we’d accidentally wandered into a snow globe designed by someone with excellent taste. The ride up alone is worth the trip—bluebird skies, a dusting of snow still clinging to the mountains, and views so pretty you start questioning all your life choices that didn’t involve moving to Aspen. And then… the top. Oh, my goodness. The view absolutely delivers. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a full-blown experience. Also, can we take a moment for the slippers? Yes, actual slippers they give you to swap out your snow boots midday if you came directly from the slopes —because obviously one should dine in comfort and style at altitude. I was obsessed. Everyone was so warm and friendly and the food was delicious. And the ride back down? Just as breathtaking and exquisite. A truly lovely afternoon.

It was a privilege to be the guest of a member, the food is incredible, and the wine list is remarkable, especially when it comes to French whites! A lovely visit. I hope I get a chance to return.

What a pathetic place. Rude staff they boss around like they are aspen but are some untrained hourly workers. Its a terrible environment Stand there at the bar, line up There, have this reservation and wait there. Idiotic how they talk to people. Its such a waste of time and money and good mood. Horror place, like an autogrill rest station on a freeway but worse staff and atmosphere. Never ever again!

I attended the most beautiful wedding here. The food was absolutely amazing and so was the service.
