Chandon

Chandon is absolutely beautiful and a nice, chill adventure. The wine is so good and the snacks are really good as well. We had chips and dip and prosciutto (sorry, forgot the names of the dishes). I'd love to get married here 😍

After visiting back in September last year, we knew this would be a great option, just a short walk from our hotel in Yountville, visiting again with friends. We booked the Sparkling Sunday Lunch and both the tasting and dining experience were excellent, in a stunning building and absolutely beautiful surroundings We started with the Los Carneros Vintage Brut, 2017 and a 'Chips & Dip', caramelized onion dip, pickled shallots, chives, potato chips, then a Garlic Caesar Salad and Rainbow Carrots. We then selected sparkling wine / food pairings: Étoile Rosé paired with Chandon Eggs Benedict, smoked salmon, brown butter hollandaise, smoked trout roe, brioche Yountville Vintage Brut, 2017 paired with Chandon Fried Chicken. Mt Veeder Vintage Brut, 2017 paired with a Spring Asparagus and Pea Frittata All outstanding. We ordered another bottle to drink outside in the sunshine to round off a perfect afternoon.

We are currently wrapping up our visit to Chandon, and I just had to leave a review right away because our tasting guide, Alex, made this visit absolutely unforgettable. From the second we sat down, Alex’s passion for Chandon and the art of sparkling wine was incredibly contagious. He didn’t just pour the wine; he brought the history and the craft to life. His knowledge is top-tier, he answered all of our questions with so much ease and engaging detail, but it never felt like a scripted lecture. It just felt like sharing amazing wine with a true expert who genuinely loves what he does. If you are planning a visit to Chandon, do yourself a huge favor and see if you can get on Alex’s schedule. He made an already beautiful property and excellent tasting an absolute highlight of our trip. Thank you, Alex, for a fantastic afternoon!

Gorgeous experience. I left with a new appreciation for the brand. We tried some excellent wines and enjoyed the garden. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Napa valley!

If you’re thinking about visiting Napa, this is the place you’ve been looking for. We went with a group of 11 and, despite a mix up with the reservation, the manager Owen and our server Jesus were above and beyond accommodating. Our group was set up with a lovely table in the shade on their beautiful patio, and proceeded to drink some of the most delicious - and unique - wines in the area. The bottled spritzes were so refreshing and the crab pasta…well, let’s just say we asked multiple times for additional orders. The vibes are incredible, the location stunning, the staff kind, and the wine delectable. If you come to Napa and you don’t come here, you’re making the biggest mistake of your life.
