Civic Center Music Hall

Amazing!!!! We attended the Romeo and Juliet ballet. And the show was amazing. The Civic Center is a spectacular building. The staff was so inviting, very friendly and always ready to assist no matter what the need is. Did I mention, this was my very first ballet ever. And I'm not a young man either.

Initially, my family and I went to request a refund due to a medical issue. Ms. Glenda P., the Event Coordinator, contacted Ms. Cindy, the Box Office Supervisor, for assistance. After a discussion, I was courteously reseated to better accommodate my injury. Ms. Cindy was absolutely incredible with her compassion, knowledge, and professionalism. To put the cherry on top, Ms. Glenda escorted me up to the balcony. The only disturbing incident occurred when a different usher, seemingly out of curiosity, decided to put her hand on my bandage. It was inappropriate. Nevertheless, the performance was absolutely incredible, and I did not experience any pain while there. However, just steps away from the door, I began having difficulty. Ms. Glenda came to the rescue again, appearing from out of nowhere with a colleague and a wheelchair. They were exactly who I needed at the right time. Her co-worker wheeled me out to the Uber, and Ms. Glenda redirected him to meet us at a more appropriate pickup spot. Forgive that I didn't catch the co-worker's name; I was in so much pain at that point. Truly, Ms. Glenda, Ms. Cindy, and their colleague were absolute gems. They could have done the bare minimum and still fulfilled their job responsibilities, but they clearly went above and beyond what was necessary on May 24, 2026. My family and I are in awe of you all. Thanks a million for helping me/us.

This place is absolutely magical! If you ever have the opportunity to come here and listen to a performance you must do it! Not only does the place look absolutely amazing like a art place, but the music was phenomenal. No matter where you sit you will be able to see the stage. I got to see the mahler resurrection symphony and it's just so good. So overall good here to see any show you possibly can, it's worth the price.

Went to the Jerry Seinfeld show and was very impressed with how organized and smooth everything ran. From the ticket scanning at the front door to the drink station, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The lines moved quickly and all the drinks were made correctly on the first try. We were able to park fairly close for a reasonable price and Ubered afterward to a close restaurant with no surge pricing. Very happy with the whole experience.

So disappointed in these "ADA" seats. They shouldn't even be able to charge for these. I LITERALLY can't see the stage without standing up, which is difficult and WHY I purchased ADA seats.
