Came to this place to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation and upon arrival we were directed to our table right away. The ambience was perfect. The music level was appropriate. The service was very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. He came several years to ask how we were doing and if there was anything else we needed. The food was excellent. I definitely enjoyed our dinner and for sure will come back again.

We recently hosted a Bridal Shower at Edgewater Manor on May 3, 2026, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience, both as we prepared for the day as well as day of the event. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything was in very capable hands. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for such a special celebration. Every detail of the space felt elegant, thoughtful, and beautifully maintained. The food was outstanding. The menu selection was perfect, every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and our guests complimented the food throughout the entire event. What truly made the day exceptional, however, was the staff and service. The team was incredibly warm, professional, accommodating, and attentive from start to finish. Their flexibility and willingness to work with our needs made the entire planning process and event run seamlessly. Everyone felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a venue that delivers such a beautiful setting, amazing food, and exceptional service all in one place. Edgewater Manor didn’t just host our event… they created an experience that our family and guests will remember! We are sincerely grateful for the care, attention to detail, and professionalism shown throughout the day. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

We chose this restaurant for its amazing reviews and magnificent location to celebrate an amazing university graduate. This fine dining restaurant offered us an underwhelming experience and poor value due to low quality, skimpflation and shrinkflation food and ingredients. My party of 6 ordered 3x NY strip loin steaks along with baked potatoes as the accompaniment , rack of lamb, braised short rib and lobster linguine. In addition, we also ordered the chimichuri sauce mixed vegetables for 2 and 1/2 dozen oysters as a starter. There was a significant wait for our food to arrive and the explanation offered was that there was an anniversary party that was also being catered to at the disadvantage of the patrons inside the restaurant. However, this establishment bills itself as being able to cater for events and dining patrons which was an overestimation in them being able to deliver on that promise so that explanation fell flat. Our server did keep us informed as to where the dishes were in the process prior to arriving at our table. The lobster in the linguine was rubbery but aside from that it was nevertheless enjoyed as we were all very hungry by the time the food finally arrived. The charred cabbage that accompanied the short rib was actually burnt and tasted bitter and thus inedible. The short rib itself was well cooked and throughly enjoyed. Since when does a rack of lamb morph into a trio of lamb instead? 3 lamb chops were served with one being undersized and thus overdone. On their own website and perusing through past pics of racks of lamb, one noted how evident the potions were downsized.Hence the “shrinkflation.” The 2 other chops were cooked to perfection but there was an aftertaste which was overly mustardy which took away from the overall flavour. 2 of the steaks were wrongly served. My 2 guests realized this a bit later and swapped them. This was observed by a member of staff. The baked potato was delicious but instead of the advertised crispy pancetta, bacon was served over top and our waiter did not inform us of that change, hence the “skimpflation.” I did inform a member of staff, not our waiter, and was offered complimentary 2 deserts to share for our party of 6. $500+ later we left feeling underwhelmed but still very proud of my graduate’s amazing achievements.

We came here, for lunch, to celebrate a graduation, on a Tuesday. Service was prompt and polite. They accommodated a celiac diet by creating a dish (not on the menu) fresh, and free from any cross contamination. All the meals at the table were delicious- particularly the mushroom risotto... I would go back purely for that. There cocktails were not extraordinary, however its worth mentioning the house pinot grigio was phenomenal. Side note, I appreciate that a place like this doesn't enforce a strict dress code. Although we were all dressed up due to coming from an event its nice to know I can enjoy this level of food without having to get dressed to the nines every time.

Had a wonderful Friday Night Dinner at EdgeWater Manor. 8:30pm reservation, majority of the dining was full and buzzing. Jose was my server, he was attentive and very friendly. I ordered right across the menu. Everything was delicious, crab cakes, beef tartare, grilled calamari, sushi plate, rigatoni a’la vodka, rib eye steak with baked potato, crème brule, skor cheesecake, pino noir red wine and the classic Negroni. I’d definitely go back, the only suggestion I would make is enforce a dress code for men. I saw men wearing hoodies, baseball hats and running shoes.
