Faena Hotel Miami Beach

I went to Faena with my family, it was my first time in Miami and the food, service, and location were excellent! One person in particular made our stay truly special. Joseph Tejada worked at the front of the hotel and would warmly greet everyone that was entering and leaving the hotel. He would always give my family and I are warm welcome and talk and laugh with us. I had a great time, and he is one of the reasons why I want to come back!

From the moment we arrived until the very end of the evening, every detail was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. A special thank you to Joshua, who coordinated our experience and went above and beyond to make us feel truly special. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care transformed our anniversary into an unforgettable celebration. Dinner at Pao was exceptional. Our server, Jed, and his assistant, Wahiu, provided impeccable service throughout the evening. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly balanced professionalism with warmth. We were also delighted to have the manager stop by our table to personally ensure that everything was perfect, a gesture that reflected the high standards of the entire team. The experience extended far beyond dinner. From the theater performance to the lounge and every touchpoint throughout the night, every team member made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. As someone who has worked in hospitality management for many years and has visited many of Miami’s finest venues, I can confidently say that the level of service, attention to detail, and guest experience we received at Faena is among the very best I have ever encountered. Thank you to Joshua, Jed, Wahiu, the management team, and everyone involved in making our anniversary so special. You created memories that my wife and I will cherish for years to come. We look forward to returning soon.

I never leave reviews on Hotels, but Faena deserves all the attention and recognition!! From the moment we arrived at Valet we were welcomed by our butler and taken to check in, they gave us welcome drinks, and made sure our bags was taken upstairs while we explored the hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary, so they took the liberty to upgrade our room and receive us with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a bed full of rose petals. Every details was perfect and thoughtful, even our welcome card wishing us a Happy anniversary! Our personal Butler was very attentive as well, and made sure we always came back to a refreshed organized room. The food, the service, the beauty and luxurious aspect of the hotel was always on point. We also went back to Faena Theater to see their new show "Obsession", and it was amazing. We will definitely make Faena our designated destination every year for our special occasions. Thank you for such amazing hospitality. We enjoyed our time. - Mr/Mrs Arencibia.

My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. The staff here is awesome starting with Luis the doorman (aquaman), Edward and Abel (bellmen) who were so warm and welcoming!! The restaurants are so good and the attention to detail is top notch! We are already looking forward to our next visit!!

We had a wonderful stay at Faena. Everyone was fantastic, and the service throughout our visit was truly excellent. A special thank you to Kalvin and Ariel for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Great hotel, but unfortunately I will not be back. While the property itself was nice, the checkout experience was disappointing. At checkout, I was given a paper showing the total charges as $389.56 and that the refund would be around $360. After leaving the hotel, I received an email with a different final total of $549.92, without anyone informing us of this change during checkout. I don’t think it is acceptable to change or add charges after a guest has already checked out without explaining it in person. For comparison, I have stayed at 1 Hotel before, and everything was clearly explained at both check-in and checkout, which made the experience much smoother and more transparent.
