Fairmont Austin

Me and my Family had a wonderful experience here at Fairmont Austin. From checking in Jonathan Delgado assisted us and he was so down to earth, my daughter mentioned that she's celebrating her 46th birthday and my daughter asked for recommendations as where the places we could explore, then as we came to our room, Prosecco and cakes were there waiting for us, the next day was my daughter's birthday and cookies, birthday card and recommendations of places were delivered to her room, what an awesome manager , he remembers everything what was said upon our arrival, Thank you Mr Jonathan Delgado for making our stay so amazingly wonderful. Then the next morning we went to Fulton to have breakfast, we were greeted with a warm smile from hostess Maggie, our server Jonathan T. Was amazingly knowledgeable and very attentive, we had breakfast throughout our 5 days stay, and I requested Jonathan to serve us because he's so quick and down to earth. He addressed me by my name as soon as he see me. Food was amazingly delicious and superb, I tasted all the items in the menu throughout our stay, it was magnificent. The housekeeper ladies that took care of our 2 rooms were amazing, they made sure our rooms are kept clean, didn't get their names. (Rm2643/2645) Thank you also to manager William at the front desk for fixing my bill because there's a little discrepancy but managed to take care so quickly, thank you Sir! Our room has a nice view, we loved it, can see the whole area including the beautiful swimming pool. Everything was beautiful and I can go on and on. Overall Everything was wonderful and can't wait to see and stay on this property again. Thank you for everything Fairmont Austin! This hotel looks and smells amazing!! We visited friends in Austin and spent our last night at this hotel celebrating my husband’s bday. They went above and beyond to make our stay and his birthday special! The rooms are spacious and we had a lovely view of downtown and the water. The pool was gorgeous and open late- which I loved! The service was excellent and we loved our casual breakfast from the little cafe downstairs. Their pastries were yummy as well as our lattes! Overall, this place is just lovely! Highly recommend. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Jessie and Terry were also great! Side note this super cute restaurant is right around the corner and great for dinner if needed.

Marco Godoy at Fairmont Austin was incredibly helpful and made our experience so much easier. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. His kindness and excellent service really stood out. Thank you, Marco, for taking such wonderful care of us! We also had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Austin. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. The pool was out of this world, and watching movies by the pool was such a fun and unique experience. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and cannot wait to come back!

Had such a wonderful stay here in a corner suite. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. Super clean hotel in a great location. Beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were all well maintained and comfortable. WiFi was very fast. Pool was a great place to hangout with good music on a great sound system. Windows were impressive at keeping nearby construction noise out. Fun to watch the work happening from way up above.

John, the manager, truly made this a 5-star experience from start to finish. We booked through a third party, and often hotels treat those reservations differently, but that was absolutely not the case here. John went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of throughout our stay. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was top-notch, and the service across the hotel was exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine and accommodating. John deserves a tremendous amount of credit for creating such an amazing experience. Because of him and the overall quality of the hotel, we will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Austin. The value, service, and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend.
