Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale

Amazing stay in paradise! Four Seasons Scottsdale was easily one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had, I don’t tend to post often, but when everything is exceptional and exceeds all expectations I have to! Personal greetings from staff at every encounter, special touches and treats, everyone goes out of their way to create memorable experiences for the guests. I specified the view was incredibly important to us in my preferences, the resort delivered and provided a complimentary upgrade to ensure we had spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak and the valley. The area was quiet, beautiful natural landscaping and we enjoyed balcony time watching the birds, rabbits and lizards. The resort has several pools and it was blissful enjoying the adult pool area which is well appointed with cabanas, loungers and umbrellas. Pool drinks and food were great quality (loved the frozen white sangria!). Proof delivered great selections and options, great breakfasts! Onyx is perfect for small plates, good drinks and great outdoor area, this is the perfect place to wind down in the evenings. The spa is well appointed and offers a great variety of treatments, massages and services, the spa team are very professional and it’s well run. Desert Orchard is a great place for gourmet coffee, tea and treats. The rooms are nicely furnished, high quality toiletries and twice daily services offered. Every need is anticipated and all the team members go out of their way to ensure your needs are met and expectations exceeded. I can’t say enough about how special this desert oasis is and how great the staff are, if you want to feel special and pampered, this is the place!! Everyone was great, but extra special shout outs to Ella at the front desk, Anna at Onyx, Megan and Christina in the spa, Mason in valet, Hailey at Proof, y’all were terrific and went above and beyond!!

What a beautiful place to get away and enjoy vacation! The service here is what truly stands out, there is always someone to greet you and assist you. We came with our 9 month old, and we felt so catered to! The rooms have breathtaking views, and the restaurants - Proof and Talavera had incredible food. The pool was very clean, inviting, and had wonderful poolside service. The resort is secluded and perfect! We will be back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale and are already talking about coming back. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They greeted us at the car, opened our doors, handled our luggage, and escorted us to our room via golf cart. The same level of service continued through checkout, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The property itself is stunning. The pool area is beautiful, and the views were unforgettable. We had an amazing view of the mountains from our room and never got tired of looking out at the desert landscape. What truly sets this resort apart is the level of hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuine. It's rare to find a place where the service is just as impressive as the scenery. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend the Four Seasons Scottsdale to anyone looking for a luxury desert getaway. In fact, we enjoyed our experience so much that we're already talking about making this a yearly trip. We can't wait to come back.

We love this four seasons resort and the staff is excellent. I left a curling iron and rob and called security and Zach Ownbey offered to ship it back to me. That’s amazing customer service. We are big fans.

Our family celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North this spring, and it was everything we hoped for. The setting is spectacular — the high Sonoran desert and the boulder formations give the property a sense of place you simply can’t manufacture. Over three days, the resort hosted our family and guests beautifully. The grounds, the dining at Proof and Talavera, and the ballroom all came together for a weekend we’ll never forget. A few people deserve special recognition. Brent Duncan, the Director of Catering, was instrumental in bringing the vision for the weekend together. Jerome Arribas, the General Manager, leads with genuine care and made us feel like valued guests throughout. And Susanna went above and beyond with attentive, gracious service exactly when it mattered. Entrusting your child’s wedding to a property is an act of faith. We’re grateful to the entire Four Seasons team for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime, and we look forward to returning. — Steve & Lisa Haffer
