Hidden Springs Venue

We are so grateful for Hidden Springs. We currently live in Georgia and our families are from the Knoxville and Nashville areas, so we knew when booking a wedding venue that it would have to be somewhat of a Chattanooga destination wedding for us. Even with the distance, Hidden Springs made sure our wedding vision was heard and seen. Their communication was prompt and effective and answered all of our questions along the way. We booked Hidden Springs for their beautiful outdoor scenery. With it being so rainy this summer, I was terrified that our ceremony would have to be moved inside. Hidden Springs listened to our concerns and did everything in their power to ensure we were able to have the ceremony of our dreams despite the crazy weather on our wedding day. I cannot recommend this venue or their beautiful team enough. Thank you Hidden Springs!

We absolutely loved Hidden Springs as our wedding venue! From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was something special. The venue is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. The staff was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our day was everything we hoped for. Their attention to detail helped everything run smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy the celebration. Hidden Springs made our wedding day feel magical, and we are so grateful for the memories we created there. The best venue around! Tucked in Apison Tennessee, beautiful modern barn, amazing staff, beautiful lake and surrounding area. The perfect cabins for getting ready and hosting people on day of, and I’m sure the staff was annoyed with all my questions and visits but they were angels in helping me create my dream wedding day! I will always remember the best day ever and the people who helped me get there! So clean, organized, timely, I highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding venue was truly perfect. We knew from the beginning it was the right choice, but hearing so many of our guests, especially those traveling from out of town comment on how beautiful it was just confirmed it even more. From the very beginning, Julie was incredible. She gave us our initial tour, answered every question we had, and made the entire booking process feel so easy and stress-free. She also helped guide us with finding vendors, which made planning so much more manageable and enjoyable. The coordination was seamless from start to finish as well! Hannah was incredible, and along with Julie, they guided us through every step of the process and made sure our wedding day was absolutely flawless. There wasn’t a single misstep the entire day, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The getting-ready suites were also perfect. They were spacious, comfortable, and such a great environment to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation.

I feel like I could go on and on about how amazing my experience was at this venue and with the Hidden Springs team. This place caught our eye just from our Google search for venues and it has been the best decision in the whole wedding planning process! Between Julie giving us a tour on FaceTime when we couldn’t make it in person to Emma wrangling our bridal party and family members for rehearsal, I have been so thankful for them this whole process! Honorable mention for the weather forecast leading up to the day. There was a predicted 1-2” of rain. Emma helped us by making rain plan options, calming my nerves, and coordinating a tent for Friday and Saturday. This really helped alleviate most of the stress about the rain!! She really went above and beyond. Also, we loved being able to have our dogs with us the whole weekend, and being able to take the canoes on the lake! Not to mention all the fish to be caught 😄 Overall, this was the best day of my life and I can’t imagine having it anywhere else.
