Hilton Bentley South Beach

Nice stay overall, but not quite the Diamond-level experience I expected. I arrived with Hilton Diamond status hoping for early check-in, an upgrade, or late checkout, unfortunately none were available. Pros: The beach is beautiful and definitely the highlight. Most of the staff were kind and welcoming, especially the bell team and restaurant staff. The fitness studio is a nice bonus, and the women’s side even has a sauna inside, which I loved. Cons: If you’re in the West Wing (which seems to be a large portion of the rooms), getting to your room is a bit of a trek, the hot tub is TINY. Also, the check-in staff were unwelcoming, like it was an inconvenience to be there, but hey, you do get two bottles of water at check-in… so there’s that. Great location and beach access, but service at arrival could definitely improve.

Great staff and service. The rooms are wonderful and very clean. Location is great. The beach access and beach chairs offered are wonderful. We have stayed here for a few years on our annual beach vacation and never disappointed with the hotel. We use to love the restaurant and eat all our meals there but now a 20% service charge when dining in is unacceptable and a separate review has been posted. Love the hotel but will dine else where.

Fantastic location. Beautiful beach steps out the back of the property. Rooms are big well designed and comfy. The deck over looking the ocean is spectacular. Staff all around was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Valet parking can get a little crazy and take a good 15 minutes but those guys were all working hard non stop.

This place is incredible. This is old school wonderful Hilton. Service is excellent, rooms are fantastic and amenities are way above expectation. Met at the drive by the manager, bags were swiftly taken care of, room was spotless and spacious. Front desk was perfect. As a guest you get two chairs, umbrella, water and sunscreen on the beach. Pool is nice and spacious with a nice Mediterranean restaurant. Good drinks, huge portions. I cannot say how much every other Hilton property should be like this.

Beautiful rooms and amazing service! They provided early check in of 1pm, while waiting they held our luggage and brought it back up to our room after. It was my 25th birthday, 6th time in Miami and this was the best service I’ve had. I was having a cake delivered and they were soooo amazing they held the cake and gave me champagne WITH BALLOONS! I love balloons! Thank you Franke and all the managers that were on duty during our stay.
