I must say I was concerned after reading a few other reviews, but luckily our stay was amazing! I work in the hospitality business, so I’m picky, but this hotel has a lot to offer. Is it Four Seasons luxury, no, but is it a good 4 star, yes. I already knew the spa was under renovation, as well as the lap pool, so that didn’t bother me. Our double queen suite with red rock view and fire pit was a very nice room. The public areas are well appointed and the staff is incredible. Overall, my family enjoyed this hotel very much and I hope people continue to have the same experience we did.

We had an amazing stay! We were upgraded upon check-in because our room wasn’t quite ready. We had traveled from Zion national Park and were so thrilled. The rooms were VERY nice and comfortable with a wonderful view. We loved the night sky program after dark which really made our short time there so memorable.

Very disappointing!! Bought my parents a weekend here for their 50th wedding anniversary which included spa services and golf. From the moment they checked in they had nothing but problems. The resort was told that the reservation was to be in their names but instead listed my sister on the reservation and wouldn’t let them check in!! After several attempts and mangers they were finally able to check in. There were also told where they could park only to find out by another employee were they parked would have got them towed!! Thank goodness they ran into this other employee. No they didn’t misunderstand the person at the front desk.. There was issues with the spa services as well. It seemed very unorganized. They tried to get service/drinks while at the property and while there was plenty of help standing around not one asked if they could help or get them anything (my mom including myself were servers, this was not a case of short on staff or a busy rush. It was not busy and the staff seemed more interested in socializing with one another than helping guests) I get it, I’m a business owner and it is hard to find good help, still it seems this property is poorly managed and unorganized. I have a feeling this is not all that went wrong. I could tell they held back since they didn’t want to hurt our feeling since we spent some money, and put a lot of time and thought into getting this special gift for them. VERY disappointed would not be back or recommend. The only reason they got any stars was because I was told their pillows were amazing and the bed was comfortable.

We chose the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock expecting a higher-end experience than what we typically receive at Hilton properties. Unfortunately, the stay was consistently frustrating across multiple aspects of the visit. Upon arrival, we had already paid for self-parking through the Hilton app, yet the valet insisted on taking our keys to move our rental vehicle while we checked in. This created immediate confusion and frustration, especially since payment had already been completed. When we returned to the front circle, our vehicle was still sitting there—unattended, unlocked, with the keys and all of our belongings inside. This raised serious concerns about security and care. The condition of the room did not meet expected Hilton cleanliness standards. While none of the issues were individually major, the accumulation was unacceptable. We found a fingernail on the bathroom floor, hair on the shower walls, and what appeared to be a nail inside a glass on the coffee table. The outdoor fire bowl area contained an old, wet graham cracker and plastic debris. In the shared pool area, there were empty cups and trash left on chairs. These are basic cleanliness issues that should not occur at this level of property. The fire bowl in our room did not function properly and would not light. We had to call staff, and an employee ultimately used a lighter to manually start it. This again pointed to a lack of proper maintenance and preparation. Parking continued to be a problem on our second day. Despite having paid for parking, there were no available spaces in the designated lot. We were directed to an alternative lot farther from our room, which was inconvenient but manageable. However, when leaving later for dinner, our exit was blocked for several minutes by a parked delivery truck, further compounding the frustration. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. After requesting service, we returned to find toothpaste still in the sink, hair on the bathroom floor, and a wet towel that had simply been folded and left in place. It appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned, only minimally reset. Overall, this stay did not meet the expectations associated with the Hilton brand, especially for a resort property positioned as an elevated experience. The repeated operational and cleanliness issues made what should have been a relaxing family trip consistently frustrating.

Great location - away from the crazy traffic and there are beautiful views. The yoga instructor Darlene was amazing! But the onsite yoga is done in a stuffy ballroom with old thin stinky mats. Not really a Sedona vibe. Also there’s a charge for everything. I just stayed at a Comfort Inn and there was free coffee and lemon water available 24/7. Not the case in Sedona. Just didn’t give me the resort feel. I don’t think it’s worth the price. The pool bar and food also close at 5pm. Being that you’re away from the hub of downtown it would’ve been nice to have more options for dinner and hanging out. The pool also needs some love. It did not look like the pictures.
