I cannot begin to express how wonderful our time spent at Cedarwood was, both leading up to and during our wedding. Lori was the event coordinator and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She listened to our vision and remembered all the details surrounding our specific event. The venue is gorgeous with many options on how to use the property. Getting ready at the home with so much thoughtful space and gorgeous interiors was a dream! There are so many special spots all throughout the property. It's a perfect combination of fairytale whimsy, Tennessee's natural beauty, and professionalism that seems to come from a place of a genuine love of hosting. Our wedding was beautiful and we credit so much of that to the beauty of the venue, the hard work and professionalism of Lori, and the awesome catering company, G Catering. Thank you, Cedarwood! *One thing that's important to know before falling in love with this wonderful venue is that they only work with one caterer. G Catering is the only caterer they work with but they were INCREDIBLE! The food was delicious and creative. The service was flawless and subtle. And the communication and planning before the event was wonderful. But if the food and beverage portion of your budget was where you planned to cut back this may not be for you.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding day. A special thank you goes to Lori, the venue manager, who was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. No question was too small, and she always took the time to provide thoughtful answers and guidance. What meant the most to us was how she included my mother in the planning process, making her feel welcomed, heard, and involved every step of the way. That level of care and attention made the experience even more meaningful for our family. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and unlike anything else we toured. Throughout the evening, we received countless compliments from our guests about how unique, beautiful, and memorable the space was. Many people commented on how perfectly it reflected our style and created such a special atmosphere for the celebration. Everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. We are so grateful to Lori and the entire team for helping create such wonderful memories for us and our families. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly beautiful and distinctive wedding venue paired with exceptional service and support.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue and team!! It is such a stunning location with well kept grounds, a romantic garden feel, multiple photo op spots, with plenty of parking and tucked away from road noise. We got married here at the beginning of May and Lori and the rest of the crew made us feel so welcome, heard, and special throughout the entire process!! Our family and guests have not stopped raving about the beautiful venue and amazing vendor team. Wedding planning can be a stressful process, but was 100% made easier and even more fun by this team every step of the way. They were always available with a quick call or email, very organized and on top of every task, and extremely kind and adaptable. The bridal getting ready suite was a dream, as was the expansive ceremony and reception space. Come wedding day, we had some chilly weather and rain on the radar, and Lori and our provided month-of coordinator, Mackenzie, made sure that everything ran smoothly and that I was comfortable/happy with the game plan. I wish I could work with these two forever. They are a well oiled machine and our wedding day would not have been the same without them. If I could relive this day over and over again I would!! Great Management, Staff Facility, Landscaping. Awesome place for my daughter's wedding. Highly recommend for Weddings, parties, any formal event, family reunions, etc.

The pictures online just do not do this place justice to capture the feeling you have when you are at Cedarwood. It is hard to find a venue in Nashville that is quite at beautiful as this one and one that provides such an intimate feel. From the bridal suite, to the permanent covered awnings that make you feel like you are outside despite being covered, to the beyond beautiful grounds and great location. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Having exclusive providers for catering and DJ made planning so much easier. The event team at Cedarwood, specifically Lori, was so accommodating at every turn. Our guests still cannot stop raving about this venue. Lori was so responsive and attentive to every detail. She is a professional through and through. Highly recommend!
