Hong Kong Disneyland Resort

Amazing experience. They have two pools and one with a water slide. They are both warm even if it’s fresh outside. There’s tennis available and mini golf for free . There’s also many activities throughout the day . In the mornings there’s tai chi with Mickey but the line does start an hour in advance. I definitely recommend breakfast with the characters . It also has a great view of the ocean and you can walk along side the ocean .

Beautiful, albeit a bit dated. But the hotel is aware and is currently doing renovations/construction work daily during 11am-4pm. This hotel is kid-friendly and very convenient for Disneyland visitors. Here, the staff and facilities are good. But the food should be better. Room service dinner was barely edible. And while the Enchanted Garden breakfast buffet offered great variety, it disappointed in terms of quality and flavor. The ingredients seemed cheap, which didn’t justify the high price. The table setup was also a tad too crowded.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times over the last 2 decades, 5 of which were at the Kingdom Club. The hotel has been very well maintained so far. We used the well-equipped Gym and Pool almost daily. It was easy to walk to Disneyland park and to the other Disney hotels. What makes the stay memorable is always the service of certain staff at the Kingdome Club Lounge. We stay for 4 nights recently. Bonnie was outstanding- we could feel her sincere joy in her service! Benjamin and Stephen also deserve special mention for their attentiveness. Thank you!

My family of 3 stayed for my daughter’s birthday and for ease of travel to Disneyland. Unfortunately my wife and I got bitten by bed bugs and we still have itches all over our legs 2 weeks after our stay. Do immediately request a change of sheets if you see even 1 or a blood splatter. Hotel overall very modern and bright. Mix of Cantonese, English and Mandarin speaking staff. Do factor in the need to bring your own toiletries as local law prohibits providing them for free do environmental reasons, or top up HKD$40 for a Disney themed pack. In terms of restaurants, Ink and plate buffet is overpriced and underwhelming, don’t bother. Archivist serves high quality fusion dishes with Marvel spins, worth checking out. Pool is a highlight, with a water slide and free pool floats. Free shuttle is available to and from Disneyland but NOT to other hotels, you either have to walk or take a connecting shuttle from the Disneyland bus terminal. I recommend this hotel if you can secure tickets on a sale.

Our stay at the Disneyland Hong Kong Hotel was absolutely magical from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIP guests with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully themed with classic Disney elegance, spotless rooms, and breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with charming Disney touches that made the experience extra special. The beds were incredibly cozy, and everything was impeccably clean. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every cast member went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The character meet-and-greets in the hotel were a delightful bonus, especially for families. The amenities were fantastic—the pool area was relaxing and fun, the dining options were delicious with a great variety, and the proximity to the park made everything so convenient. This hotel perfectly captures the magic of Disney while providing luxury and comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable stay!
