Rooms were beautiful and clean, nice amenities. Very efficient with alot of oncoming cruise ship passingers. Rooms were ready early with the sent ahead luggage waiting in room, and quick service with luggage transports to shuttle for airport departures relaxed seating looking at Beautiful harbour views

It was genuinely one of the best we have ever experienced in all of our travels. This was our last stop booked via Holland America as part of our cruisetour. While the rooms weren't ready when we arrived about 3, they proved to be lovely, clean and comfortable. The Crows Nest in Tower3 is pretty special. It's a quick taxi ride to the airport.

Olde world charm in a downtown Anchorage hotel. Staff was overall great. Joe at the Concierge desk was very efficient and friendly considering handling a deluge of customers arriving off atour bus. Our room was suite which was an unexpected surprise. Lovely bathroom with spa-like amenities. Nice city view from our corner suite.

Actually did not stay here but it is used as a staging area for many tours. The staff was very nice and the facility is well kept though it seems that the only restrooms are downstairs which is accessible by elevator. It was a convenient location to get picked up for a tour that ended up at the Whittier Cruise Terminal which is in kind of nowhere.
