Hutton Hotel

We stayed at the Hutton Hotel for one night and had a really great experience. They were able to let us check in early, which we really appreciated, and the check-out process was completely seamless and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV worked great, the bathroom was spotless, and I especially loved that the shower had a handheld showerhead. A lot of hotels don't have one, so that was a really nice feature. We were also impressed with the housekeeping service — even though we were only there for one night, our towels were changed twice during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel also has an attached parking garage, which was very convenient. The walk between the garage and the hotel wasn't bad at all, and it was nice knowing we had parking right there. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the hotel requires a $300 deposit at check-in, so just be prepared for that additional hold/charge when you arrive. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient, and the service was great. We really enjoyed our experience and appreciate how well we were taken care of. We will definitely stay at the Hutton Hotel again the next time we're in Nashville!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our 10-night stay at the Hutton Hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. We booked this stay as part of a special trip and, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, expected a high standard of service. On arrival, our friends, who are not Bonvoy members, were upgraded to a significantly better suite while we were not. It was only after questioning this the following day that we were moved to a suite, although it was still not to the same standard. From there, the problems continued. We experienced extremely loud drilling and construction noise, including early in the morning and even during the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The air conditioning also stopped working. We then left Nashville for a couple of days to visit Boston but kept our room and paid for all 10 nights. When we returned, we found dirty cleaning rags left on our bed by housekeeping. We were exhausted from travelling, so we simply removed them and went to bed. Later that evening, at around 7pm, someone entered our room without knocking. By the time I got to the bedroom door, whoever it was had already disappeared. To make matters worse, the room phone wasn't working, so we couldn't even easily contact reception. The following morning, we were woken again at 7am by more drilling that genuinely sounded like it was taking place inside our room. Although the hotel offered to move us again, we were told we would still hear the construction noise, making the move largely pointless. The hotel acknowledged the issues by providing a $150 room credit and later promising Marriott Bonvoy points as compensation. However, more than three weeks after checking out, those points have still not been credited to my account despite the promise they would be. While some members of staff were polite and tried to help, the overall handling of our stay was extremely poor. The repeated construction noise, maintenance issues, housekeeping failures, unexpected room entry and the failure to follow through on promised compensation meant this was nowhere near the standard I expect from a Marriott-affiliated property. Sadly, I cannot recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

We enjoyed the amazing atmosphere at Analog and the exceptional hospitality of The Hutton Hotel. A special thank you to everyone who helped make this trip memorable from Natalia Leigh our Concierge, Joseph the Bell-hop, Evelyn's restaurant host and server, front desk and the valet young men everyday made my husband day with conversation and laughs. You owed us absolutely nothing, but your kindness, thoughtful touches, and hospitality made us feel truly celebrated. From start to finish our experience was first class. We arrived to a small musical group playing, had a beautiful glass of Prosecco. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant because it was convenient, but had breakfast again because it was so amazing! The serve throughout the whole hotel was exceptional, we felt like we were VIP's. If in Nashville again, I would absolutely stay here again.

My business partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the week and the concierge staff (Nathalie) was super helpful every step of the way. She went the extra mile to make it a special experience for us with this welcoming cheese platter in our room for our business event. The staff are friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable with all the onsite amenities available. I'm sure it will be even better when they get the spa. Unfortunately the gym wasn't open when we were there and the restaurant wasn't properly staffed for the 50+ people we had reservations for. We didn't need to leave the hotel much and overall loved our stay.
