The Candlelight concert was amazing! The venue was beautiful and the string quartet was incredible! It was such a wonderful way to experience the Beatles’ music! It was a truly enjoyable evening!

Lovely venue for a Candlelight series! There's free parking but the lot is relatively small - there's plenty of nearby streets in a nice safe neighborhood perfect for a nice evening stroll.

Great venue for the Candlelight Concert series. Easy access throughout the city. Ample parking. Easy venue access. Seating was perfectly suited for the event we attended.

Indiana Landmarks is a treasure in Indianapolis. An organization devoted to preserving the places that tell Indiana’s story, housed in a beautifully restored historic facility that I was eager to finally see up close. Indiana Landmarks has long been one of the state’s most important preservation organizations, dedicated to rescuing, restoring, and reimagining historic places across Indiana. Their mission is rooted in protecting the architectural, cultural, and community landmarks that define the Hoosier identity. They work statewide to save meaningful structures, support restoration projects, and host tours and events that bring history to life. The Indiana Landmarks Center itself is a stunning example of their work—an historic venue that now hosts concerts, performances, weddings, and community gatherings. Even from the outside, the building radiates character and craftsmanship, and it stands as a symbol of what preservation can achieve when a community commits to honoring its past. We visited for a Candlelight Concert, and while I was excited for the music, I was even more excited to finally see the interior of this remarkable facility. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled, and we only discovered the cancellation when we arrived and saw the note on the door. The tickets had been a thoughtful gift, but the person who purchased them doesn’t check email often, so none of us were aware of the change in plans. Even so, standing outside the building was still a meaningful experience. The architecture is beautiful, and knowing the role Indiana Landmarks plays in protecting historic places statewide made the visit worthwhile. I look forward to returning for another event, hopefully one that lets us step inside and appreciate the full beauty of the space. Indiana Landmarks represents stewardship, community pride, and the belief that old buildings still have new stories to tell. I can’t wait to come back and experience more of what they do.
