Inn and Spa at Loretto

Our stay at the Inn & Spa at Loretto was excellent and became a memorable part of our Santa Fe experience. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance of the Plaza, Canyon Road, and many of Santa Fe’s best restaurants. The atmosphere is what really makes this property special. The architecture, courtyards, and overall Southwestern character made us feel immersed in Santa Fe from the moment we arrived. We were fortunate to receive an upgraded room with a patio, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub area were highlights and provided a wonderful place to relax between activities. Service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks were that the bathroom felt somewhat dated and a few small maintenance items in our room, such as the iron and ironing board, needed replacement. Overall, this hotel delivered exactly what we wanted from a Santa Fe stay: character, atmosphere, comfort, and an outstanding location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The mattress was the only downside but the linens were great. Pool and pool area was clean and beautiful. Service in all the dining spaces was a little slow but the food and room service was great. Drinks at the bar were hit or miss based on the bartender but the space is so beautiful that it's worth it either way. Staff are all kind, helpful and very welcoming. The location is also 10/10

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel pool. The pool itself was beautiful, with relaxing fountains, in-water lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun, shaded gazebos, and plenty of comfortable chaise lounges. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to the General Manager, Hal, whose warm hospitality and genuine care ensured we had a fantastic visit. Our pool server, Alan, was equally impressive, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. Thank you.

Aside from a rattling loud AC unit, the place was fantastic. Comfy beds, robes, well appointed rooms. Great bar. Wonderful pool and spa. Right in the middle of everything. Next to the chapel. Just couldn’t ask for a better more central hotel in Santa Fe. Lovely stag and service.

The spa was amazing! Natasha was great, super understanding and communicative, and overall a wonderful masseuse. The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly and created such a welcoming environment. Everything felt super clean. Overall, highly recommend!!!
