Jackson Lake Lodge

Late July no AC in rooms or large room in the lodge. That was our only challenge. We kept windows open all night. Eventually cooled at night. I really enjoyed not having a tv. The view from the lodge is amazing. I walked up every morning. The rooms are basic. Mini fridge and Keurig. Nice shower. Nothing for warming food. I really enjoyed how responsive the staff was. They were very helpful. The restaurants and coffee shop were good. Everything in the park is expensive so I didn't take off for that. Expect $20 per person at minimum. Close to hiking areas.

What a great surprise as we booked within a short window and had no idea of what to expect. Once we got here, we simply wanted to enjoy the beautiful breathtaking views, hikes around property, great outdoor patio bar, and more! We did schedule a rafting - float ride down snake river which the hotel arranged (pick up at hotel) and it too was great. The cabins were surprisingly nice, spotless, roomy and comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thanking Valerie and the front desk staff for their kindness and Joe for getting us on boat tour after the day before cut off time! We will be back!! Ps - shout out also too to Alexa (aka Jordan) for the hospitality and tip for sunset walk and Andrea and the diner for her hospitality two days in a row at the diner.

We stayed at Jackson Lake Lodge for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, and the views of the Teton Range from the lodge are absolutely breathtaking. Watching the mountains from the lobby and around the property was one of the highlights of our Grand Teton trip. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the lodge provided a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring the park. The wildlife sightings around the property were an added bonus. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a microwave in the rooms or a more convenient way for guests to warm food and water. Traveling with young children, we found it difficult to heat up meals and prepare warm water when needed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Jackson Lake Lodge to anyone visiting Grand Teton National Park.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at Jackson Lake Lodge in one of the cottages in the 700s row, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we pulled up and parked right outside our door, the convenience and charm won us over. Our cottage was perfectly situated in a quiet, wooded cluster surrounded by towering pines—peaceful and private, yet just a short, scenic walk to the main lodge. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with that classic national park lodge feel. We loved having our own patio space to sit outside in the evenings, listening to the sounds of nature and watching for wildlife. No air conditioning, but the fresh mountain air and shaded location kept things comfortable, especially at night. The highlight, of course, is the location in the heart of Grand Teton National Park. The main lodge offers those jaw-dropping panoramic views of the Tetons across Jackson Lake that never get old—whether from the massive windows in the lobby, during meals at the Mural Room, or while enjoying a drink at the bar. We started our days with coffee and pastries right there before heading out on hikes and drives. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the dining options were solid (Pioneer Grill for casual, Mural Room for something special), and the overall vibe was exactly what you want in a historic park lodge. If you’re looking for a base to explore Grand Teton—wildlife viewing, hiking trails practically at your doorstep, easy access to Yellowstone—this is it. Cottage Row in the 700s gave us the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would book the exact same setup again in a heartbeat. Absolutely magical! This is a review for the horseback riding. A truly amazing experience to top off our trip in Wyoming. The staff were all so lovely, they answered all our questions were, incredibly patient and ensured our experience was wonderful. The horses we had were perfect and felt like they were tailored to our individuality (shout out Heavy Metal, Olivia and Banana). The trek itself was lovely, as we were beginners we just walked but that made it lovely and relaxing. We went to some lovely viewpoints overlooking the Teton range and oxbow bend. Our rangler (I think her name was Sienna or Sierra) ensured that we had lots of pictures taken to capture the moment and memory. She ensured everyone was comfortable and adjusted our equipment as needed. She provided stories of the Tetons and made the whole experience truly fulfilling. This was an unforgettable experience and I would highly recommend anyone do this.
