Lake Pavilion

Amazing Location with a great view of the water! I had a friends birthday here a last week and I love the atmosphere and the service was great as well. This is a place I would most definitely recommend to my other friends and family. The Music was great and they had a great choice of vendors. I love the place!

I chose this location for my daughter's quince because I love the location and how the windows overlook the water. I booked this place a year before the event and Gabriella was very helpful and had great communication with me. I'm only giving a 3 star to say that if you book your event during a time that the Greenmarket event happens downtown WPB (which I believe is Oct-May) do not expect to have your vendors get smooth access to the venue anytime before 3pm. It was total chaos for my vendors and party planner. The florist panicked that she couldn't get in on time bc she wasn't gaining access, so wherever she parked to offload quickly, her vehicle got booted. Also, please make sure that when you do a final walkthrough with a coordinator, to make sure everything is good with the venue, make sure they go outside the building as well. Because my party planner did a walk through and they said everything looked good, but a couple days later I found out a big cardboard piece of my set up was by the garbage, along with pieces of flowers in the bushes, which does not fit in their garbage, so I was charged $150 for it (I was given an option to pick it up, but I couldn't make it and I felt bad having any of my vendors go out their way to get it so I just paid the fee). So just make sure the outside is looked at during final walk through.

What a fabulously unique experience! The musicians are very talented and engaging with the audience and they seemed to enjoy it as much as we did. The candlelit room made for magical ambiance!

Great venue owned by the city that is convenient to rent out at a reasonable price. The views are stunning sitting on the corner of Flagler & South Clematis overlooking the water.

The West Palm Beach Lake Pavilion is a stunning venue and truly one of the best event spaces in the area! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The location is breathtaking with beautiful views, and the layout is perfect for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. The Gabriella and her staff was attentive, professional, and committed to making sure every detail was handled with care. They worked hand-in-hand with my team to ensure that my client’s event was flawless, and their support gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. If you’re looking for a venue that combines elegance, versatility, and top-notch service, The Pavilion at West Palm Beach is second to none. Highly recommend!
