Lotte New York Palace

We chose to stay at Lotte New York Palace for my 21st birthday back in November ‘24 for 3 nights & our stay was nothing short of exceptional! From the gorgeous room upon arrival, huge plush bedding & a view of the city it was perfect for our first time in New York. Service was immaculate & the front of house team were so friendly & such a laugh every morning, they gave us recommendations & helped grab taxis throughout our stay. We explored the hotel & every corner was oozing with charm in all the details. I would 100% recommend the Palace for its renowned location steps away from New York’s most iconic items & its impeccable service! 🎀

The rooms are nice but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t know how this place is a 5 star hotel, at best it should be 3 star. Check in took an hour and a half with one person working the front desk. The line wrapped through the hallways. Then when we asked for a complimentary water bottle, they acted like I was asking for caviar. They were incapable of providing a water bottle, even after 5 calls and talks to the front desk. Eventually someone at 1:30 am knocked on our door after we went to sleep to put water next to our door when we requested at 10 pm. Very rude workers and unprofessional. It is honestly surprising given the price of the hotel and the fake reputation they have. Really disappointing. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and would suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.

Had a fantastic stay at Lotte New York Palace! The location is hard to beat, putting you right in the heart of New York City and within walking distance of so many attractions. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The spa amenities were a great bonus, with both a sauna and steam room available to enjoy after a busy day in the city. The gym is well-equipped and more than adequate for keeping up with workouts while traveling. The hotel has a luxurious feel, excellent service, and a great overall atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were a bit outdated, but well kept. We had a great view of the midtown skyline and the location (close to grand central and central park and broadway) could not be beat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is an older hotel. The rooms are very small but clean. We ate at the Butcher and Banker and our food and service was very good. The location is close to lots of sites. Nieda with concierge was wonderful and very helpful with our bus tour arrangements and dinner reservations.
