Lowndes Grove

I had my wedding at Lowndes Grove last weekend, and it truly could not have been a more perfect day. Everything from the catering and bar services, to the planning services, to the stunning views, to the spectacular sunset, to the gorgeous house onsite, and everything in between is superb. We used their in-house planning group Peninsula Events, and we could not have been more pleased!! Emma and Jordan are extremely professional, organized and prompt while also being so kind and personable. We enjoyed every step of the wedding planning process knowing we had such an amazing, devoted, talented team guiding us. They made this entire season so enjoyable and stress free!

Lowndes Grove is a beautiful place (from what we got to see of it). This is Tanney Hill (Sarah & Rafe Cameron's house) from Outer Banks. That is the dock where the boat exploded. I wished we could have gone in and seen everything. I'm pretty sure they were setting up for a wedding when we got there. (We went on Saturday, July 12) & on Monday, Rafe (Drew Starkey) was back there filming. I would love to go back one day soon & see everything 🩷

We have a shot a handful of weddings the Lowndes Grove and we have always had great experience. The venue is GORGEOUS and the location on the water lends to amazing sunsets while your reception is happening. From the house to the property, you'll never been short of beautiful areas! This venue is amazing!

The PPHG team is absolutely amazing. I got married on March 6, 2026 at the Lowndes Grove property and also hosted my rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the American Theatre. Everything was absolutely perfect — the food, drinks, service, and overall experience were so impressive. Leading up to my wedding, everyone kept telling me that something would go wrong because it “always does” at weddings, or at least it did at theirs. But when I say my wedding day was absolutely flawless, I truly mean it. There was not a single thing that went wrong — not one hiccup the entire day or the entire weekend. Everything ran so smoothly and exceeded every expectation we had. Jordan and Emma from the Peninsula Events team were incredible throughout the entire process. They were so accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Any question I had was answered almost immediately, and they always found a solution for whatever I needed. They were not only extremely professional, but also so sweet and fun to work with. I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about Patrick Properties Hospitality Group and Peninsula Events. They helped make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I only had the chance to see Lowndes Grove from the outside, but it looked absolutely beautiful. The building and the grounds are stunning, with very well-maintained landscapes. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the property in such great shape. I’d love to visit the inside someday!
