We love this place, very beautiful, excellent service. I’ll say it’s a real luxury hotel design with clients comfort and convenience in mind. Kids pool, main pool and hot tub all facing the ocean, time just went by very fast. When you leave the hotel outside of the main entrance, there is a somewhat high tech water dispenser on the wall for your long drive. Exfoliating bar soap in bath tub. Afternoon 4pm S’mores by the pool side around a fire pit. Children’s playroom is by far the best, with variety of toys, well maintained, clean and staff in there will ask for your playlist the first thing you entered the playroom. I don’t mind paying to have the playroom by ourselves - it totally worth. Two little disappointments - water pressure at the shower and ice cream fridge was not working in the cafe

Excellent resort with exquisite service from a large number of staff members. Pool area was expansive and very nice. But it is VERY pricey. Only negative was in relation to our room that they gave us. It had almost no view and I could not get heat out of the wall thermostat settings.

Amazing hotel. Have stayed there many times. The lobby bar is a great place to hang out, with views and live piano. The beaches are fun to hang out at, filled with tide pools and plenty of coastline to walk. The rooms are always clean and luxurious with views of the ocean and everything you would expect at a hotel of its merit. Food is also great, and I recommend ordering it to the pool, a great way to spend lunch and the afternoon.

Been coming here for over 20 years & have never been treated so disrespectfully today. We were turned away from the Mosiac for wanting to have a drink even after confirming with the front desk we could. After being in the hospitality business with other caliber resorts, I can guarantee we will not be back along with anymore company affiliated events any longer. No more referrals. Nothing.
