Moonrise Hotel

I came into town for a work event and Juan was exceptional and accommodated a last minute room request I had. There were a number of us staying there and he met each of us with a smile and wonderful service. The rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. Parking was simple and convenient. It was also decorated in space and astronauts which I personally love. I'll be looking to stay here next time I'm in town.

Pros- Super cute hotel, free parking lot, easy to find, cool shops and food options within walking distance. Central to many attractions in the city! Super cozy beds and clean rooms. Felt very safe Cons: -Restaurant wasn't open for some reason (maybe because a big concert was in town?) even though we made reservations online. -Rooftop is open 24/7 but the bar closes at midnight, wish it was open a bit later. -Had a somewhat misogynistic interaction with the front desk. He immediately assumed the room was under my male friend's name and interacted solely with him. I had to jump in to introduce myself and say the room was under my name because he only made eye contact with him, so it was a pretty awkward start to the stay. Probably better to ask "what name is the room under?" Rather than assume. I honestly would come back though. Super cozy. Wish we could've seen the rooftop bar and restaurant.

My wife and I went for an overnight stay for our first anniversary, I have to admit we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing, Sebastian was very pleasant and helpful, the room was beautiful, definitely more than we expected. We can't wait to for our next stay and definitely can't wait to celebrate our next anniversary there. The only downside is that we did not get the opportunity to spend as much time on the rooftop as we would have liked to. I just want to thank the staff for all their hard work

Good location and overall nice place. Parking lot behind hotel is convenient but has a lot of potholes so be careful with your car. Rooms are nice and overall decor is nice but room could have been cleaner. I don’t like when a room has corner in the carpet that have never been cleaned. It’s kinda gross to me. Considering the price I think the cleaning could’ve been better. The rooftop is nice but smelled like weed the whole evening. Anyways. I def think it could’ve been a full 5 stars if it could’ve been cleaner.

The hotel was amazing and the service was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel is centrally located on Delmar Loop with everything from bowling to food to drinks just a few blocks away. The Roof Top Bar is also something to visit. The view is terrific. The room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was the room temperature. It displayed 72.5 degrees but it was very warm and the hallway was much cooler.
