National Hotel

This hotel is bad, very bad. Rooms are spacious, but in a terrible condition. No 5 doesn't have a bedside lamp. I had to beg for two days to replace toilet paper. no teaspoons and they hardly ever replaced coffee sachets. When we booked earlier this year we were told that they offer a free shuttle service to the airport. When the time came to make the arrangements, they knew nothing about it. We will never stay there again.

I attended a series of workshops here. Its actually really nice. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. And easy to get to without having to fight your way through traffic.

I'm utterly disgusted with what is advertised and what I got.. The room was small, the cupboards was broken, TV did not work, dirty towels and no effort put into our stay. I booked late was told that it's the last reservation available for R1500. I must say that was a total rip off. People make a noise early morning not considering other people. The room was not at all like shown on the beautiful pictures I was very dissappointed for wasting my money like this.

Room has no hairdryer, shower caps and body lotion. Noise level from the road. The service is very good. Staff is very friendly and the food is well prepared and delicious.

We used their conference rooms. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. Service was super friendly and helpful.
