We stayed here last October for a girls’ trip and had one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Paul, the wonderful French gentleman at the pool, who went above and beyond. We mentioned that we loved strawberry oat milk matcha lattes, and even though they weren’t on the menu, he happily made them for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one of those little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We left already planning our next trip, and Four Seasons Palm Beach has officially become our annual girls’ getaway. We can’t wait to be back!

where do i even begin… four seasons palm beach is truly the place to be. my mom and i decided to come here for a little staycation, and now i honestly feel like i need to make this a weekend tradition. from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. the service was exceptional, the rooms were beautiful, and the entire property was immaculately maintained. the pool and the beaches are absolutely stunning. staff is always handing out complimentary treats like lemonade, fresh sorbet, or margarita shots. the poolside food was incredible. i had fresh coconut water, freshly squeezed pineapple juice, ceviche, and so much more. every dish was fresh, delicious, and arrived quickly. the staff constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and their attention to detail made the experience even more special. my mom and i also had dinner and breakfast at florie’s, and it completely exceeded our expectations. the atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, the food was outstanding, and everything came out perfectly timed. every member of the staff was so warm and welcoming, and the general manager who stopped by our table was incredibly personable and genuinely kind. he made us feel so welcomed, and it was such a pleasure talking with him. to me, what truly makes or breaks a resort is the service, and this is where four seasons shines. every single person we met seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that positive energy made our stay unforgettable. thank you to the entire four seasons team for such wonderful hospitality. i already can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous hotel but the main part is how amazing the staff are with kids. Every memeber of staff we iterfaced with was fantastic with them. They had a gorgeous little toy room, they were friendly and smiled, honestly the vibe was just amazing and you can really feel they went above and beyond. Kids adored it and our eldest wrote the hotel a spontaneous thank you card. Super recommended across everything but the effor for the kids was especially notable.

Beautiful hotel with a calm and serene atmosphere The Four Seasons in Palm Beach is a very beautiful hotel. The building itself is a bit old, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely designed. They are not very large, but cozy, with a good shower, great amenities and extremely good service. There are two lovely restaurants on the property and the breakfast is very good. I ordered only from the à la carte menu and the staff were always very accommodating. We attended a wedding at the hotel and it was organized beautifully. The beach is absolutely stunning, with white sand and very comfortable sunbeds. The bed in the room is also very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, peaceful and serene. I truly love this place and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an awesome stay to kick off our honeymoon at FSPB! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The food and service out by the pool was great (shoutout to Abigail!). And the turn down service was above and beyond (thanks Michel!).
