My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Capella during our stay at the Meliá Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and what made our evening especially memorable was the exceptional service we received from our waiter, Jesus. Jesus was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs, made us feel welcome, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. His outstanding hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jesus, for your excellent service and for making our evening so special. We highly recommend Capella and look forward to dining here again on our next visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Kao Asian Fusion. The food was above average and everything we ordered was flavorful and well prepared. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the service. Our server, Gustavo, was phenomenal, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. He was on top of everything without being overbearing, had great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and table were always taken care of. Great food paired with exceptional service made for an excellent dining experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Gustavo again!

Had an amazing stay at Paradisus. The staff and service are fantastic. Very attentive staff, room service twice a day, good food selection, attentive and friendly food service personnel. Our favorite specialty restaurant was Capella. Premises are clean and well taken care of. Daily entertainment for adults and kids. We loved the kids club and how attentive they were to each child. All ladies who work at the kids club are so kind and caring- Maylin, Gipsy, Azalea, Mafer, Frida, Nadia and Esmeralda.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel made our family feel welcomed and well taken care of. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional and truly made this trip special for us. First and foremost — the family concierge service. We were lucky to have Erick Mejenes, who truly elevated our entire stay. He was always available, answered all of our questions, booked restaurants and spa appointments, and helped organize family events like birthdays. His attention to detail and genuine care made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Second, if you’re traveling with kids, you should definitely choose this hotel for its amazing kids program. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without the extra care and attention from the wonderful Kidsdom team — especially Maylin, Fernanda, Esmeralda, Alondra, and Vianey. Our son is usually very shy, but he couldn’t wait to go to Kidsdom every day. The program was very well organized and engaging. Among the extra activities offered by the hotel, we especially enjoyed the Cocoa Ceremony and the cocktail master class, hosted by attentive staff members including Mauricio, Daniel, and bartender Xavier. Among the à la carte restaurants, I’d highly recommend Kao, Blue Agave (especially the caramel flan ice cream dessert), and Vibra, where we received especially high-end service from a very attentive waiter named Omar.

The hotel is beautiful, lush greenery, open spaces, clean and calming. We had a wonderful family concierge Eric, who was a delight and so helpful during our stay. Thank you! Rooms are updated and clean. The staff who worked in the Kids Zone are AMAZING! So friendly, patient, and have a great schedule for all kids : ) My only issue was 3 of our guests experience food poisoning during our stay.
