PGA National Resort

From the moment we got there Marlana greeted us with kindness, and she treated us like family for the entirety of our stay. Every time she saw us walk in she greeted us by our names, and made us feel so welcome! She was able to find us an upgraded room (one that fit our needs with a small baby) and seemed really happy to make our trip every bit more special. Traveling with a baby is tough, and Marlana’s helpfulness, kindness, and radiating positivity truly helped to make our experience great. The rest of the staff was also wonderful. From the bellhops, to the valet, to the wait staff pool side and at the diner, to the bartenders at the lobby bar, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Aside from the staff, the grounds were impeccable. Not only is the resort beautifully decorated, everything is clean and fully stocked. The pool was awesome! We were there over Memorial Day weekend and there were such fun activities, a DJ, a balloon artist, and a juggler (on stilts!) I would rate this resort an 11/10 and would jump at the opportunity to return one day! If you’re questioning whether or not to book it… do it.

My stay at the PGA Hotel in West Palm Beach was wonderful, but one person truly elevated the entire experience—Tameisha. From the very first morning, Tameisha welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and a beautiful smile that made us feel like more than just guests. She went above and beyond every single day to ensure our breakfast experience was exceptional, always checking in with us, making sure everything was perfect, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Her hospitality is truly unmatched. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest she serves, and her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude left a lasting impression on us. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so valued and appreciated simply through their kindness and dedication. The hotel is fortunate to have someone like Tameisha on its team. She is the kind of employee who turns a great stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Tameisha, for making every morning so special. We hope to see you again on our next visit!

Room furnishings were a bit dated, had an upgraded suite but the view was nice. The service staff was very friendly! Teresa at the front desk was more than helpful! Super informative and kind. Played two rounds of golf here and the course was great! Was able to get even get some pickleball and swimming in as well! Overall great experience!

Every bit of this vacation was 5 Star. The grounds are beautiful. Everything is well maintained. The staff is amazing! From Teresa at the front desk, to Brittany, our barista, to Riley our pool waitress, to Joni, hostess at the butcher club, to Angel, our waitress at Honeybelle restaurant, all were phenomenal at what they do. Kind, attentive, exceptional service! I do not even golf but there is plenty to do between the pool, the driving range and the bicycles you can take out! It was all phenomenal! Highly recommend as a a place to go to for a relaxing escape!

My fiancée and I had a nice staycation. Definitely take advantage of the restaurants offered. The butcher restaurant is Michelin starred and plates are shareable, creating a great experience. The gym is also a great addition and at 6am I was the only person in there the entire time. The furniture and decor is almost vintage style. Room was clean minus the carpet. As an LGBTQ couple we felt comfortable and received minimal judgmental stares. However I will say that the resort guests are overwhelmingly Caucasian, while most of the staff are all mainly POC, creating an unbalanced and uncomfortable atmosphere for those with a progressive mindset. Kids are not supposed to be allowed in the main pool area, yet there were 20 loud, noisy screaming children in the main pool while my partner and I were trying to read and relax. We ended up paying $300 for a day spa pass to access the private mineral pools due to this.
