Pleasantdale Chateau

We had our wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau last month, and everything from start to finish was truly exceptional!! A special thank you to Fred and his daughter for going above and beyond to make our day feel personal, including incorporating Vietnamese dishes into our cocktail hour menu, something that meant so much to us and our families! Bryant and his team executed everything flawlessly on the wedding day! The day flowed seamlessly, and Bryant consistently checked in on us and our parents to ensure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. Leslie, my bridal attendant, was incredible and always one step ahead. I’ll never forget how patiently she helped bustle my dress, allowing me to stay comfortable and fully enjoy the night. Dawn was also amazing in bringing our vision to life, especially the cake design and ice sculpture, making sure every detail matched what we had imagined. The cocktail hour was beyond anything we could have imagined! The presentation, variety, and quality were outstanding, and our guests are still talking about it. The entire team was thoughtful and organized from start to finish! Even at the end of the night, my dress and my husband’s suit were carefully hung in our honeymoon suite with all our belongings. We are so grateful to the entire Pleasantdale Chateau team for creating such a magical and unforgettable wedding experience for us! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My husband and I had our wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau on 2.27.26 and it was truly the best day of our lives. The entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the level of service from the staff was incredible from start to finish. A special thank you to Fred, Dawn, Atziri, Bryant, Santiago, and Emily — they are truly amazing people and made the entire day run so smoothly. They were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Since the wedding, every single guest we’ve spoken to has said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Everyone was blown away by how beautiful the Chateau is, and the food was absolutely delicious. I genuinely had the time of my life and could not have imagined a more perfect day. I had a permanent smile on my face the entire night. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here and will remember it forever. If you are considering Pleasantdale Chateau for your wedding, I cannot recommend it enough.

Pleasantdale Chateau is one of those rare venues where everything just works. The staff was unbelievable: kind, organized, and on top of every detail without ever feeling stiff or formal. They treated everyone like family. The food - incredible. Guests were raving all night, we were blown away by how good everything looked coming out of the kitchen. The whole day ran smoothly, the grounds were gorgeous.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the amazing staff of the Pleasantdale Chateau. Our wedding day was MAGICAL because of them. The venue itself creates an unforgettable experience for guests; you feel you’re being transported to the French countryside as you walk through the doors. From our first interaction with Fred, to working alongside Hilda, Dawn and Bryant, we felt so supported and taken care of. I had no doubt in my mind that our wedding day was going to run smoothly because of their high professionalism and organization. In less than 6 months, we pulled off a truly incredible evening that we’ll remember fondly for the rest of our lives. Fred carefully and thoughtfully curated a dynamic and delicious menu that truly represented Peter and I … our guests were blown away by the food. Every single thing we tried that day was fresh and expertly cooked; the ingredients were so high quality. My absolute favorite thing I ate was their Beggar’s Purse pasta … I wish I could eat that every single day! I am blown away but the true care of their staff - our amazing attendants Atziri and Emily were by our sides every step of the way. They were so lovely to work with, and made us feel so taken care of and loved! (My favorite moment was coordinating a blind-folded Peter to make his way across the Chateau so I could do his hair in the bridal suite. It was hysterical and so very meaningful!). Bryant, our Maître d’, was a class act; I must have hugged him 35 times throughout the night because of how smoothly he ran the very detailed logistics of our big day. He was warm, charismatic, and so skilled at keeping everything moving and on time. As a Type A bride, he took any anxiety I had about executing the event right off my plate! Everywhere I went, I was met with the biggest smiles and warmth of their amazing staff. The Pleasantdale Chateau is truly the BEST in this industry, and I will sing their praises for the rest of my life. What they do brings such joy to so many lives, and they deserve a million thanks for it!! If you’re not getting married at The Pleasantdale Chateau, you are missing out on THE NIGHT of your lives!

We had the absolute privilege of getting married at Pleasantdale Chateau, and our day couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue is beautiful, but it’s the incredible service that truly sets this place apart. Leading up to our wedding, Fred and the Pleasantdale team answered every one of our emails and calls (of which there were many!) with patience and care. They accommodated our hair and makeup team with an early setup so our large bridal party could get ready on time without feeling rushed, and they worked seamlessly with our day-of coordinator. We had asked whether the monogram from our invitations could be incorporated into the ice sculpture, and they made it happen, which was such a wonderful surprise. They even saved the day by providing spare bowties when the tuxedo company mistakenly sent ties for the groomsmen. Throughout the entire day, the bridal attendants were incredible. They walked with me everywhere I went, holding my train and veil, making sure I ate, and anticipating my every need. At one point, a bridesmaid went missing just before our reception entrance, and the Pleasantdale team located her within minutes. I felt completely cared for and didn’t worry about a single thing all day. And it wasn’t just me! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how attentive and thoughtful the staff was. Pleasantdale Chateau was always our dream venue, and we are endlessly grateful for such an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. A heartfelt thank you to Fred, Santiago, Hilda, Shelly, Dawn, Bryant, Emily, and all the incredible people I’m surely forgetting in this moment.
