The newly-renovated property has a refreshed, modern desert feel that was well done. From the check-in process to the end of our stay, the staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. We booked the king bedroom with a fire pit on the patio, and our room was large with a nice comfy bed. We appreciated the two separate vanities as well for getting ready in the morning. The on-site restaurant had great cocktails, along with creative dishes that were all excellent. Although the menu was a bit limited, we were each able to find a delicious option. The pool area was also a great place to cool off, with two adjacent options and cabanas available at the lower pool and views of the red rocks. Located between downtown Sedona and the village, the hotel allows for easy access to either area which we explored. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again the future!
Stayed here for a night with my husband for a little getaway. The room was absolutely adorable, it was modern and not cluttered or over the top. I loved the aesthetic sooo much! It was extremely quiet, clean and affordable. The pool was also great, what a cute set up - 2 hot tubs and an upper / lower pool with plenty of seating either under the shade or in the sun, or even on a cute little cushion-type thing. The restaurant there was the best part. The service was prompt and our server was extremely pleasant and the food was to die for. Will 100000% be back. My only critique is that it was a little confusing and a trek to find the pool from our room. Once we found it, it was fine, but I would say having little maps throughout the property would be ideal.
My stay at Outbound Sedona was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the genuinely kind and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was enjoyable. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Antonio was so helpful when checking in. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly captures the spirit of Sedona. Waking up to the stunning red rock views and spending evenings surrounded by such a relaxing atmosphere made this trip unforgettable. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and appreciate the natural beauty around you. The food was outstandingβfresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or simply enjoying a drink while taking in the scenery, every meal exceeded my expectations. If youβre looking for a place that combines breathtaking views, delicious food, a relaxing atmosphere, and truly exceptional customer service, Outbound Sedona is the perfect choice. This was more than just a hotel stayβit was an experience. I canβt wait to return and will happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.
I was really looking forward to our trip to Sedona for my birthday, however I couldn't help but be a bit disappointed with our stay. I was excited to try out this newly renovated resort. We booked a balcony room with a pool view 2 months in advance. However, when we arrived we were notified that those rooms were not done being renovated.. why are we booking rooms that are not yet available?? We were placed in a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor of a different building with no pool view. Which was not bad except the shower. There was no curtain or barricade to keep the water from going everywhere. Every time we took a shower, the water got all over the bathroom floor. I suggest at least putting a curtain that is available for use for customers who are being placed in that room that they did not book who do not need wheelchair showers. Additionally they tried to charge us for the price of the accessible room for $490 per night, when we booked the balcony room for $380 per night.. ABSOLUTELY not! We asked them to honor the price of the original booking, given that we had no control over the room they placed us in because the one we booked "was not ready". This really put a bad taste in my mouth for this place. The pool was nice, and room was clean and spacious but nothing to write home about.. unfortunately we will not be back.
My husband, toddler, and I stayed the first week Outbound Sedona opened! The beauty and landscape of the hotel and location is wonderful. The staff was so kind and friendly. Everything was very clean and just a peaceful place to be. Highly recommend a stay there. The location is unbeatable to the town and activities. Extra kudos to Chris and Carolina on staff who went above and beyond. So catering to our family, personable, and skilled at their job!
