This place is one of a kind special. This was the most relaxing vacation I have been to in my life. The staff anticipated and took care of any of my wishes, in many cases anticipating that need before I knew. Beautiful grounds, in particular, Billy's Trail which is majestic. The spa service was absolutely top notch, did I forget to mention the amazing meals delivered to your room or taken at the most beautiful restaurant I have ever been to. The falconry experience was the most memorable. Truly amazing experience.
My lunch at Post Ranch Inn's incredible restaurant "Sierra Mar" was a a truly memorable culinary experience. I enjoyed the most incredible multiple course meal with expert wine pairings while overlooking the stunning Pacific Ocean from the mountain top right from my seat. The staff was so incredibly warm and took my allergies very seriously, modifying the set lunch menu to fit my needs exactly and feeding me to my heart's content! I truly loved every second of this experience and cannot wait to come back!
This hotel is so peaceful! We loved everything, but especially walking the grounds and yoga classes. It’s nice there’s so much to do and it’s such a beautiful location. Everyone was so nice and happy to help-I really don’t understand any negative review. Also, THANK YOU for making it 21+. We’ve stayed a even more expensive hotels than this that allow children and wow it made such a difference in the overall atmosphere ❤️
Absolutely incredible experience staying here during the weekday. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing with breathtaking ocean views everywhere. The staff provided exceptional service and made the stay feel luxurious from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very private. Perfect place to unwind and disconnect from stress. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway in Big Sur.
Hi no hotel is perfect however I am giving a perfect score- People make the difference. The hotel grounds are spectacular. We came for that reason only and it delivered. Did we have some hiccups, yes, however the handling was exceptional. The hotel GM named DJ was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He dealt with our issue flawlessly and gracefully. I did visit nearby hotels in Big Sur and the tranquility and peacefulness of Post Ranch supersede 10 fold.
