Progress Park

Progress Park is the best hidden secret right in the middle of Louisville. The park isn’t massive but it’s big enough to do so many things! Pond for fishing and kayaking, huge chess board, huge connect four, covered pickle ball court, volley ball, shuffle board and more! We have stayed at two different air streams and both have been very nice and roomy! There are outdoor grills to use and camp fires for each area. It’s wild how you basically go from an industrial park directly to feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere camp. It’s awesome! Best part is, if you forget something, there are so many stores within a few minutes. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem outside of downtown Louisville - never knew it existed. I attended the women owned wallet summer camp in May. The venue is top notch! Perfect spot for overnight accommodations with an additional feeling of coziness and intimate camp spots !

Such a beautiful place! Had a wonderful employee appreciation day! Amazing cookie cart had the best icecream!! And such a relaxing area by the fire pit! Never know this was hiding in louisville .

Progress Park is one of those magical places that when you ente through the gates and look around you, you feel like you've been teleported to a beautiful place in the country. Not only have I stayed there personally for ladies weekends and a birthday surprise, but I have worked with them as a vendor for 2 years for our fundraising event through work. As a nonprofit, our fundraising events are important and require a lot of attention to detail. Working with Progress Park has been so wonderful. Their staff are friendly, helpful and they always hep us to elevate our event and maximize our fundraising impact. We have grown to love having our Gala there and already requested to book for year 3! I highly recommend Progress Park for special events, Gala's and even for personal stay-cations, or vacations for those not in town. This place is truly a gem and I am so grateful these families decided to create this incredible place, right here in Louisville. We are so lucky to have you! Our large family had an absolutely incredible stay at Progress Park! It was a perfect place for a family reunion, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out while spending quality time together. There was something for every age and we never ran out of things to do. One of our biggest highlights was the fishing and it was fantastic. We spent hours on the water and everyone from the experienced anglers to the kids casting a line for the first time and catching their first fish all had a great time. The access to the canoes and kayaks and paddle boards, the life jackets the basketballs, every amenity you could think of, gave us a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery and have a peaceful setting to make this trip feel relaxing and memorable. The property is so clean and will maintained and the host tend to think of everything that you might need during your stay. We made unforgettable memories around the water share laughs all weekend and left wanting to come back again. It is perfect for a large family getaway and plenty of outdoor fun. Progress Park is hard to beat, a definite 5 out of 5.
