Book this venue if you want to have the best day of your life. We cannot say enough good things about Regatta Place and the staff there. Maggie is one of the most incredible people I've ever met and Caitlin and Jess are PHENOMENAL. I met the latter the day before our wedding and left feeling like I had known them my whole life. The staff are knowledgeable, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and KIND! They treated our wedding day as if it were their own. During the day itself, the bustle on my dress kept coming undone. Jess pulled me a number of times until we securely fashioned it back in place—she was always watching to make sure I was okay and didn't need anything. I cannot thank her enough. A few of our guests actually told me they were taking notes for their own weddings after watching the coordinators take care of each and every detail during cocktail hour and reception. And if you're a foodie, look no further. Loved ones told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, even the picky ones! To summarize, this venue has everything to offer for an unforgettable day. We have NO NOTES and absolutely nothing negative to say about the entire experience. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. Thank you Regatta Place, we love you!!!

We had the most amazing experience getting married at Regatta Place. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Suzanne, Maggie, and every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The food was incredible, the views were breathtaking, and the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The day of staff were incredibly attentive not just to us, but to our entire wedding party and our parents. Their extra care and attention made everyone feel special and truly added to the experience. As a same-sex couple, we always felt completely welcome, supported, and celebrated. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team meant so much to us. Our guests are still raving about the whole day! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue and recommend it wholeheartedly to any and every couple.

BOOK REGATTA PLACE NOW!!! This is by far the most stunning venue for the price you’ll find in all of Newport. Maggie and Kay helped make our weekend absolutely perfect. From start to finish, they made everything effortless. The day before our wedding, they helped us plan a private boat tour around Newport—one of the biggest highlights of the entire weekend. The food was unforgettable. Think: a full lobster buffet, endless oysters, and a cocktail shrimp bar that wowed every guest. One of the most memorable moments was how they coordinated a water taxi for us and our bridal party to leave the venue in style, waving goodbye as we cruised straight to downtown Newport. It was such a unique and fun send-off. I highly recommend hiring a great band and photographer—those two things, paired with Regatta Place’s incredible team, made our day (and entire weekend) seamless. Maggie and Kay acted as our wedding coordinators, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The venue itself is breathtaking, with so much natural beauty, and the layout allows guests to move around freely rather than being stuck at their tables. Our ceremony on the dock was magical—everything we hoped for and more. We truly can’t say enough good things. If you’re considering Regatta Place, don’t wait. Book it!

We booked the regatta place after touring it via FaceTime and not seeing it in person. We did not know what to expect, and we were absolutely blown away. Regatta place is the most unique, beautiful, and special venue ever! The sailboats passing by all night and the gorgeous view of Newport was so special. But what truly made our wedding unforgettable was the amazing team that made it all come together!!! Maggie, you were our rock from day one. Planning a wedding long distance was overwhelming, but you made it so much easier. You answered all our questions, gave us the best advice, and helped us nail down every little detail. We honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without you! You went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we can’t thank you enough for all the time and care you put into our day. Then, on our wedding day, Kay made the day so effortless and perfect! She set up all of our decor so perfectly! She made sure everything went off without a hitch, even anticipating things before we had to ask. Whether it was adjusting the timeline or giving us space to catch our breath, Kay made us feel completely taken care of. We honestly never had to worry about a single thing… she was on top of every detail, and we were able to just enjoy our day because of her. Her calm and collected attitude helped us enjoy every moment!! Kayley kept my husband and I happy and hydrated all night! The drinks were always flowing and she made sure we had something to eat. It was clear she truly cared about making sure my husband and I had a great time. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the service!!! The Regatta Place truly gave us the wedding of our dreams, and the team behind it made it all feel so effortless. If you’re looking for a place that not only looks amazing but has a staff that truly cares about making your day perfect, we couldn’t recommend The Regatta Place enough. The entire Regatta Place team is incredible! Our experience, from inquiring to planing/prep, to the day-of, was seamless and enjoyable. The team worked with us on our plans, many of which were unconventional, so that they all went off without a hitch. As a bride, it was important to me to truly be present and enjoy the evening. Maggie, Kay, and the entire team made that possible by having every detail (and more) covered inside and out. They worked seamlessly with the few outside vendors we had, and we did not have to sweat anything day-of. The food throughout the evening was fabulous! We had a few guests with tricky dietary restrictions and it was no trouble at all to ensure they were set for each portion of the evening, from the bar to cocktail hour to dinner and dessert. Finally, the setting and venue itself are truly stunning. We held our ceremony and cocktail hour aboard the Schooner Aurora and the reception at Regatta Place. Sailing back to the dock to see the twinkling lights under the tent in the “blue hour” just after sunset was magical. We did almost no decor because the decor they have is beautiful on its own! Celebrating with your friends and family in the heart of Newport Harbor, surrounded by the water and beautiful boats, is magical. If you have the chance to work with this team you should take it! We would do it all over again if we could, and highly recommend Regatta Place and all of the Newport Experience team and venues. Thank you, Maggie, Kay, and team!!
