We booked the Garden Pavilion for a funeral luncheon. My family must have called over ten venues and were having a terrible time finding a place that was available on short notice. Shante returned my call promptly and answered all our questions with grace and patience. We were so relieved to find a venue this beautiful with 5 days notice! The day of the event, things ran incredibly smoothly. Kim was so accommodating and all of the staff were professional, courteous and gracious. We were served a chef's selection of pasta, chicken, potatoes and salad. Everyone raved about the food and the pastry table was a huge hit. I can't thank you enough for all your help with ending an otherwise sad and stressful day with such a well managed event. My family and I are so grateful.

Beautiful, sexy, romantic and nice! Great retreat for personal time and for groups. Front desk receptionists are TOP NOTCH! Area of Improvement: The restaurant and golf staff can he more friendly and helpful with less of a resentful air towards guests.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by how absolutely stunning the venue is—every detail, indoors and out, created such a beautiful and memorable setting for our big day. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous everything was! Beyond the scenery, what truly set this venue and hotel apart was the exceptional care and attention we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt relaxed and taken care of throughout the entire experience. From planning to the day-of coordination, it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our wedding special. Staying at the hotel made everything even more convenient and enjoyable for us and our guests. The accommodations were comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly complemented the overall experience. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping bring our wedding vision to life and making it such a seamless, joyful celebration. We would absolutely recommend this venue and hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding experience!

We hosted our daughter's graduation party at the Provincial Ballroom in June. Absolutely beautiful Resort and grounds. We had a wonderful time. Amazing staff, great food including Indian dishes and overall, our daughter with her friends and all of our friends had a great time !

I left this venue disappointed by how unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating the staff were. Instead of focusing on making guests feel welcome, they seemed more interested in enforcing policies with no room for common sense or basic customer service. A wedding should be about celebrating with family and friends, but the experience was overshadowed by an interaction that felt petty and needlessly difficult. It’s unfortunate when a venue prioritizes inflexible rules over creating a positive guest experience. There are plenty of venues that understand hospitality better. I wouldn’t recommend this one.
