Our stay at Stanly Ranch was absolutely incredible. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and every detail made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially want to recognize Rachel from Guest Services. She was outstanding. Every time we called with a question or request, she took care of it immediately with kindness and professionalism. She truly made our stay special and deserves to be recognized. A big thank you as well to Ben, the Front Desk Manager, along with Chris, Olivia, and Yazmin at the front desk. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond. The complimentary Mercedes-Benz house cars were an amazing touch and one of our favorite parts of the stay. And the spa is something you won’t forget Thank you to the entire Stanly Ranch team for making our visit so unforgettable we can’t wait to return.

Stanley Ranch was everything I had hoped for when I booked a luxury vacation. We had the king cottage and it was absolutely stunning. Bright and beautifully modern. The soaking tub was wonderful and the outdoor shower had the perfect pressure. Mostly though, the staff at Stanley Ranch was incredible. Nick helped us coordinate a cottage close to the pool (game changer for us). Ivan and Marlin behind the pool bar were so accommodating when we wanted slight changes to our drinks. Plus the entire pool staff (servers like Jade, Jose and Blake), along with the managers, all took an interest in getting to know us and taking great care of us. The hospitality and team, along with the stunning property, are what will bring us back. HIGHLY recommend!

We just returned from an incredible stay at Stanly Ranch, and I cannot recommend it enough. The entire property is breathtaking, featuring stunning grounds covered in lush foliage that makes the whole place feel like a private oasis. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well-appointed with every detail carefully thought out. A massive, heartfelt shoutout to Michelle, who went completely above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday feel so special. Her exceptional hospitality truly elevated our entire experience! The amenities here are top-notch: • The Spa: Pure heaven. We loved the large sauna, steam room, and unique salt room, followed by a relaxing dip in the salt pool and hot tub. • Bear Restaurant: Absolutely amazing. Both the food and the craft cocktails were phenomenal. From the world-class service to the serene atmosphere, everything was perfect. Thank you, Michelle, and the Stanly Ranch team for an unforgettable trip!

Top shelf amenities and magical setting, but what really sets this resort apart is the service. The staff went above and beyond every step of the way and made my whole family, including grandparents and toddlers, feel welcome and seen. Dinner at the Bear celebrating the matriarch's birthday was the meal of a lifetime. I cannot recommend Stanly Ranch highly enough.

We were here 4 nights for a conference. New [4-year old] property. Highlights: spa, pools [gym was ok.] Terrific staff & service . Sleep quality was fine: comfortable bed, and the place is very quiet at night. Housekeeping did a good job 2x a day- $10 tip we normally leave was built into the room rate. Our villa’s outdoor patio had a nice gas fireplace for evenings- it was baking hot during day because the gazebo provides no shade. Nice walking paths from the property and plenty of great hikes in the area. Town of Napa was a 10~15 min drive and has tons of great food options ranging from Oxbow Market, to Slanted Door, and of course all the wineries. Reasons for 4-star not 5: Rooms were a mixed bag: HVAC controls were klugey and had trouble handling the wide day to night temperature swings. Rain shower was more of a drizzle; so was the handheld. Someone sold the developer lots of technology that’s already failed for instance the power shades. Conference food was terrific, breakfast at Michelin-starred Bear was very rich for our tastes: lots of butter and cheese, but service was great.
