Stone Valley Meadows

Stone Valley Meadows blew us away. The venue was absolutely beautiful, was kept well , and was such an open space for our wedding. Our guest loved the atmosphere of the venue. My husband and I were so impressed with our coordinator, Margaret. She was so kind, helpful, thoughtful and just made the process leading up to the day along with our wedding day seamless. I highly recommend stone Valley meadows for any wedding or big event. You won’t be disappointed.

Me and my husband got married at Stone Valley Meadows on 8/24/2025, and it was an amazing experience. My husband has more of a rustic vibe, while I bring in some whimsy. So, when looking for a venue, we wanted something with rustic elements but had a bit of whimsy and charm. We then had the added challenge of wanting something close to us. Which most of Ohio’s barn-Esque venues are closer to Cleveland than Cincinnati. Then we found Stone Valley Meadows. From the pictures it looked amazing, we ended up going on a tour in February, and even with the cold it was beautiful! Also, the flow of the venue is amazing, everything feeds into each other, making it easy to walk around and plan for entrances and exits. The outdoor ceremony area is a natural clearing that was beautiful, lots of little picture locations (that our guests loved), and the barn itself just feels magical. Another benefit is Stone Valley plans for the weather! I really wanted to get married outside, but with Ohio’s weather, that is a gamble. From the start Stone Valley had a plan, they will plan for outside, but plan for indoor ceremony as well, and watch the weather. That way if the weather looks like it will be bad, the venue can pivot and set up for an indoor ceremony and you don’t have to scramble to figure out a new layout the day of or before your wedding. We ended up getting package A with a venue planner, which we had the luxury of working with Allison. It was so worth it. Included in package A we got multiple planning meetings, these helped so much with making sure we were on track, checking in about vendors we were looking at or having issues with, and guidance on what to focus on. Then on the day of, Allison did so much to help the day go smoothly. From making sure the reception area was ready, to decorations, to checking in, to helping signal the bridal party and the live strings for when to start, she made the day a breeze! I will say getting Allisons help was one of the best things we received. She really helped the wedding go smooth and be a magical day. I would highly recommend Stone Valley Meadows to any couple looking for an upscale barn venue.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stone Valley Meadows! From the moment we first toured the venue, we knew it was something special—but what truly made our experience exceptional was working with Alison. Over the 18 months of planning, she was an absolute rock for us. Always kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect, Alison made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—immaculate grounds, a breathtaking barn, and every detail so thoughtfully designed. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was! But it was the warmth, professionalism, and care we felt from the entire team, especially Alison, that made the biggest impact. Thank you, Stone Valley Meadows, for making our wedding day unforgettable. And thank you, Alison, for being such a steady, supportive, and joyful part of our journey. We’re so grateful!

We just had our reception last Friday and it was AMAZING!! Alison and the entire team were so helpful and collaborative along the way. Always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had, extremely helpful with all planning/logistics/preferred vendor. I can’t say enough how amazing and beautiful the venue is on top of how easy it was to work with the staff and make the day be perfect. Thank you soooo much to the SVM team! For any bride that might be hesitant on booking - be rest assured SVM is the right choice 😊
