Suisun Valley Inn - Wedding Retreat

We had our wedding at Suisun Valley Inn September 23rd and were thrilled with our experience. Gary puts so much energy and care into everything involving his venue. He kept up with mine and my moms large amount of questions with no complaints. The grounds are STUNNING kept up so well. You really don’t have to do a ton with decor because the natural background and grandeur of the house speaks for itself. We so enjoyed having immediate family stay at the venue it just made everything feel that much more intimate. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married! It is the perfect venue! We recently got married at Suisun Valley Inn and stayed there for the weekend—it was absolutely perfect! The venue is beautiful and provided a stunning backdrop for our wedding. Gary was fantastic throughout the entire process. He is a great communicator and always responded to our phone calls and emails right away. His advice and guidance were invaluable, making everything run smoothly. We loved how all of our close friends could stay in the house with us. It made the weekend even more special and memorable. I was the Maid of Honor for my best friend's wedding on October 1st. The property is BEAUTIFUL! Gary and his team were super amazing! They were so nice and set everything up on time and were very helpful. It is definitely an older house but has been kept up nicely. The rooms were all spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the books everywhere. It was so convenient to have majority of the wedding party staying at the inn with us. Definitely a great wedding venue.

We recently had our wedding at Suisun Valley Inn, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. One of the biggest highlights was being able to use the venue for three full days, which gave us extra time to relax and connect with our bridal party and loved ones. That extended access truly made a difference in how special the weekend felt. However, there were a few challenges that did impact our plans. The event barn, which was a key part of our original vision, was unfortunately not finished in time for our wedding. While we understand this was out of the owner’s control, we were disappointed that we were not refunded the full $2,000 deposit, especially since the change affected nearly every aspect of our day. Additionally, when we arrived, we were surprised to find the vineyard had been plowed without any prior notice. This forced another last-minute adjustment to our setup so we wouldn’t be facing a dirt lot. It would have been really helpful to have been told about that in advance. Despite these hiccups, the venue itself has so much potential and charm, and we did have a lovely wedding. I just hope some of these experiences can help future couples plan better or spark a few improvements from the venue for the future.

As DJ Rockalot I recently performed a wedding here and found the grounds quite lovely. Very picturesque for your wedding photos and it looks like they are adding an indoor venue as well!
