My second day soak at Ojo. Loved it both times. This trip I took two granddaughters, ages 13 & 15. We dipped in each pool, and made it to the 12:00 chicken feeding time. They did very well, maintained quieter voices than many of the adults. Enjoyed a delicious lunch, we shared the Ceasar Salad and sandwiches. Ample portions, even for teenaged eaters. A pricey day, but great special memories. They loved it!

Our Experience at Ojo Santa Fe My wife, my two daughters, and I decided to take a simple Fourth of July day trip to Ojo Santa Fe for relaxation and spa treatments. When we arrived around 9 AM, the property was experiencing an unexpected power outage. The power company estimated a two hour restoration, and every two hours we checked in with the front desk, only to receive the same updated timeline. We chose to stay and wait it out this was our daughters’ first visit, and we had already canceled our Fourth of July plans to be there. Although we couldn’t use the pools due to the outage, the environment remained peaceful. We spent time reading and enjoying the quiet surroundings. I must say, the customer service was amazing. The staff did everything they could to make a very uncomfortable situation bearable. Santiago at the front desk was hands down exceptional, always smiling, always willing to help, and consistently going above and beyond to make things right for us. Despite the challenges, the team provided waters, refreshments, and light food, and stayed kind and attentive throughout the day. The power ultimately did not return until 8 PM, but their professionalism made a difficult day manageable. Because of how well we were treated, we decided to return a couple of weeks later for our anniversary and this visit has been completely different in the best way. The environment is incredibly relaxing, the villas are spotless, and the personal touches from the staff make the stay feel special. We’re having an amazing time. Thank you, Santiago, and thank you to the entire team. You truly are amazing.

As a New Mexico resident, I genuinely enjoy visiting the Ojo properties! We try to visit at least once a month. It is usually a very pleasant experience, but I was really disappointed in the operational flow of the Santa Fe in comparison to Ojo Caliente. The staff does not walk around with the quiet signs at this property, so there is a fair amount of loud chatting at all pools. At the long pool, it is nestled between bushes that are filled with mosquitos. It could benefit from a mosquito trap to avoid leaving the spa covered in bites, especially since personal bug spray would disrupt the waters. The steam room was also super disappointing in comparison to Ojo Caliente, as it was full of mud and had an awful sulfur smell. Lastly, there could be more attentiveness to how lockers are dispersed to visitors. Myself and the two women in front of me were handed lockers literally all right next/on top of each other (all separate groups) and had to awkwardly wait to change or get into our lockers. I hope this review can help Ojo Santa Fe make some improvements that would genuinely help make for a better experience worth the price!

We booked a vacation here because it was touted as an adult resort; we were needing tranquility and some pampering. The rooms are simple but adequate and comfortable. Parking was convenient and close to our room location. Room service did a good job each day making up the beds and replacing towels. The massages were very good. The grounds of the resort are lovely. A big complaint though is the noise and lack of enforcement by management to keep it from being a spring break party atmosphere at the pool, thermal pools and spa area. Our private soaking session was rudely interrupted by loud coughing, laughter, shouting, and doors banging outside our space. This was at 8pm and it’s evident that they were either high-schoolers or college students who did not know spa etiquette. For the amount of money we spent here, we were expecting much better. Why oh why are you only charging $45 for day passes? Make it $150-$200 so everybody under the sun doesn’t come in and ruin it for your guests who are staying here. We won’t return unless these problems get fixed.

My father and I had the pleasure of staying at Ojo Santa Fe for two days after a long drive from Florida to visit family and it was exactly what the doctor ordered! The check in process was easy, the room was clean and comfortable; however, the reception staff didn't offer us any guidance for the property. We had to kinda figure things out on our own. We didn't know where anything was or what each bath offered. No TV in the room but that was perfect to start the disconnection process. We throughly enjoyed all the amenities the resort offered including the gym, steam rooms, yoga, massage, and of course the heated mineral baths. I would like to give special recognition to James, the security guard who helped us located my fathers wallet and overalls that were left in the rooms dresser. He went above and beyond to find it and we are so grateful for that! We also enjoyed a special birthday dinner for my son at the Blue Heron and the food there was also amazing! I did get a 50 minute massage, however, it was not the greatest massage I've had. Personally, I've had better in much more inexpensive locations. I was a bit disappointed about it. Overall, we really loved this place and would certainly make an effort to come back whenever we are back in Santa Fe.
