I must say I had the most amazing experience today at this Courthouse even though I was having to go there for something I didn't want to have to do which was to file a restraining order but I was met with both friendliness and high efficiency I was told it wasn't always like that but I must say the wait time was practically zero and the assistant's that I received was unlimited i was really impressed with my experience there today and the wonderful people that helped me. And a personal shout out to Angelina for being both a beautiful spirit and a kind supportive assistant with all her help today! ☺️

Fast & friendly service! The young lady with with glasses & chunky-front bleached pieces at the Records office just had me in & out in less than a minute! So fast I didn't get an opportunity to ask her name! This is my 3rd or 4th time at this location & I can't believe I walked away feeling like I'm dancing on sunshine on this otherwise gloomy day!!! Thank you window #4!!!

Completely opaque instruction and continuous history of withholding records necessary for due process. I was threatened with arrest on 4/13/26 for notifying clerk supervisor how the kiosk profile is being used internally to commit extrinsic fraud on the court. Sheriff's deputy arrived and the Supervisor even nodded in agreement with what I attempted to report and not only was I still asked to leave, I was denied by court staff and the deputy Thomas Barlow to take a report regarding the fraud and lack of document ID's on the criminal kiosk available to the public as of 4/13/2026. I went again yesterday and the criminal kiosk had some enhancements but both are still being used for fraud and staff ignored exact dates and judiciary names and refused to log a statement from a party clarifying he had never been contacted nor responded as required by CA law and any responses received by him are fraudulent. When disclosures and responses are forged under aliases, the affected party who has been stripped of legal rights through fraud continues to be abused. These are grounds for emergency ex-parte review by a judicial, not a clerk, especially a clerk who is likely involved in how the fraud occurred in the first place. The power these actors have manipulated under the color of law is coming to an end. Your time is up. I am the Whistleblower, not Jane Doe, not Public Ann. Judicials can no longer hide behind immunity, criminalizing mental health, substance abuse and CARE court is rampant. Its time to equalize the playing field and ensure true judicial neutrality. You can be a part of the problem and endorse fraud or be part of the solution. Choose a winning side. The public is legally entitled to disclosure. Identity theft and the records created from identity theft is a federally protected right. Sonoma County does not have jurisdiction and can not hide or withhold these federally protected rights. The truth will be acknowledged, and disclosed. No more shadow dockets, night court or police trucking departments. Its the tax payers money, stop spending it to cover up criminal acts and paying for bodycam edits. Try wiping more evidence, I dare you, my sandbox is loving the view. Photo of evidence authorities refused to take a report on. Note the Vs Kiosk in the name, that is upcoming litigation this county is not prepared for. Going on 30 months now and no preliminary hearing still, I pulled my timewaiver at Christmas, your bogus charges and unlawful detainment have consequences. Don't add additional retalitory charges. Dismiss in the interest of justice and be a part of the solution and accountability all civil servants should abide by. You've stolen my voice through extrinsic fraud. You need the whole story, not the version unethical use of AI created. And I want my car back. Novac was ordered to pay the fines. God awful place, Janett (one of the jury service workers) is a honest disgrace to any workforce, I'm surprised anyone keeps a job with the attitude they hold. They generate 0 care for whatever situation you're in, are extremely short, rude, and downright apathetic towards anyone they deal with. One of the most unprofessional and disgusting experiences ever interacting with just that one person. I envy the people she's never met.

I went there just now but it’s closed. Google Map shows it’s opening but it’s not. There’s a notice on the glasses showing it follows 135 of Civil Codes so Mar 31 is closed. But nobody told me yesterday and it’s not holiday! It’s weird!
