The Barn At The Woods

Loved working at The Barn at the Woods! As a photographer, I loved how many beautiful spots there are for photos, from the wooded areas to the charming barn, making it easy to create a full, diverse gallery. The staff was incredibly kind, organized, and easy to work with, which made the entire day run so smoothly. Such a wonderful experience all around, I’d love to shoot here again!

While the physical venue is beautiful, the way they conduct business and over book essentially robbing people of their time, is not. My friend recently had a wedding there and even though they paid for the time there, we were bombarded by staff showing other couples/families around the property while we were trying to get set up for the wedding. That alone was absolutely disrespectful to the paying couple and their guests. Then, they booked a rehearsal an hour before our rehearsal started so we couldn’t even set things up to actually rehearse with. And although they rented the property from Friday afternoon through Sunday, the wedding being on Saturday night, we had to have the barn and deck completely cleaned off so they could spray the deck by 11pm. Then we had to have the entire venue completely cleaned up & vacated by 7am on Sunday morning. They essentially robbed them of their wedding time and added more undue stress by forcing them to have it cleaned up so soon when they rented it for the whole weekend. ($7000!!!) And while I certainly understand needing staff on board I found it extremely rude they were still utilizing the time to show other parties around. Overall I’d give the venue as a whole. 5/10. The pool is very warm, nearly as warm as the hot tub so on a hot day it’s not a great swim in bathtub temp water.

I’ve planned and coordinated several weddings at Barn at the woods and they have all been wonderful!! The venue itself is gorgeous and has an efficient and well planned layout! The staff at the venue are always great!! Ready to answer any questions or lending a hand!😊 I HIGHLY recommend The Barn at the Woods for your next wedding or event!!

Amazing experience and venue here! Mallory and I came to check it out and Grace was an absolute blast to work with. After touring a total of 6 venues in the OKC/Tulsa area we new this was the spot. They have you covered in every aspect and make the process really simple. She explained everything very well and answered all of our questions immediately. From all the meetings and phone calls we got what we wanted! Grace empowered us and made our vision a reality!

Had my daughters wedding at this beautiful venue last night. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Gracie went above and beyond to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Make sure to request her as your coordinator. When most people expect a wedding day to be stressful, if you have your wedding here it won’t be. We, as a family, want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our babygirls wedding day one she will never forget.
